Integrity Auto Service

Two of my relatives, after driving my car, said I needed brakes. I didn’t think so but have had the car a couple years so I asked Pat to check it out. He test drove the car, then looked at the brakes. I didn’t need any. No charge. Business seems to be booming here and his customers know why. This shop continues to live up to its name.

I recently moved to Banning from San Diego, and an excellent mechanic shop, and well my old car needed work. I drove around Banning and checked with other service shops and chose Integrity. Patrick was very nice and thorough with his diagnosis of my car and an HONEST experience altogether. I always try and give my service to small /​local businesses and highly recommend this Auto mechanic shop. I now send all my family’s vehicles to them and am so glad to have such a wonderful automotive shop; excellent customer service, Natasha And Patrick are the best! Integrity is a gem of a auto shop and I am so happy to have them just down the hill from me. A 10!

Great shop and honest people. Pat was very nice and explained what the issue was with my car. His staff was also very friendly, though I did not get their names. Work, service and price matched up to what I was told before the work started. Personal recommendation from me!

Unilocal helped again in a big way. Traveling 700 miles from home and discovered a major leak in our 2004 Chevy 2500HD Duramax. Saw one repair shop on Google maps that had horrible reviews so passed on that one to give Integrity a try and I am so glad we did. Pat asked us to give them an hour before bringing our truck over and we did. They were ready for us when we arrived and had the truck in a bay within minutes to confirm our problem. The estimate was reasonable and included a fair and not ridiculous labor estimate along with parts. Our truck was ready for us just after 1pm and everything went super smooth. Not what usually happens to us when we go out of town! We have a lot of friends who come to this area to work and I am glad to have found a repair service we can recommend.

I was looking for a reputable auto repair shop to get my car in good shape after sitting for a year and a half. They could’ve taken me for a lot of money but I felt they were honest and really told me the things that needed to be replaced. I appreciate the great service, I will definitely be taking my cars here again.

This is probably the best auto repair shop in pass area. I got a fast and reasonable estimate and the car was ready when promised. It’s a very clean shop and the mechanics are extremely professional.

Pat and his shop Integrity Auto will always get my business even if I have to drive to him! My truck was overheating as I was driving down the 10 and I pulled over to find a shop to look at it, I was lucky/​fortunate enough to pull into Integrity Auto!!! I explained to Pat what happened — I had put some stop leak in at the casino gas station when I discovered the leak — he went out and checked out my truck, did a pressure test, gave me 2 gallons of water just in case and told me he was sure it would hold after he pressure tested it to get me home. He even referred me to a shop close to my home in OC. Well long story short — this guy just earned my eternal respect and gratitude!!! He wouldn’t even let me give him a few dollars — I will use him always especially seeing here on Unilocal that he is always this way. When we were talking about my truck, he knows his stuff too — awesome!!!

After calling around to a few auto repair shops, I decided to take my car here because their prices were the most affordable. I came in for a smog diagnostic, which was done in a timely manner and on top of that, they even took my car to go get re-​tested after they fixed the problem. Amazingly, even after that, they even fixed my hood, which was slightly bent and didn’t open properly for no additional cost. All in all, I am very impressed by their services and will definitely be coming here from now often! Would recommend Integrity Auto to anyone!

I’m beyond impressed with the professionalism and speed with which they work.
I had a quote from another shop that I was not too impressed with. I called Integrity, explained my problem to Pat. He was very helpful and gave me a much lower quote than the first one I’d received. He saved me a ton of money even with towing charges and a diagnostic fee to the other shop. So far, my car runs just fine.
The name says it all: Integrity! Would recommend it to anyone.

I stopped in to see if they could change a rear turn signal for my car; I didn’t realize until I’d walked in that they technically closed five minutes earlier. The guy cheerfully inspected my light, went back inside to get the right part, and wouldn’t except any money, even for the part.
«That light only costs a couple of dollars,» he said. «Just think of us next time you need auto service.»
