Lemon Grass is by far the best Thai restaurant in southern California. The staff are great. I used to go here often with my parents and the owners are great, welcoming and the food is amazing.

The communication barrier between customer/​waitress is very difficult especially when said waitress looks at you like you should speak Thai. Had the house soup which was just average and the Pad Thai which seemed as though it was sitting out all night.

Ok. This place is a diamond in the rough. Food is really good. But the service and experience have much to be desired.
We started with the Tom Yum soup and the Mao-​Mao. So so good. For dinner we had the Pineapple Fried Rice w/​Shrimp & chicken Pad Thai and both are fantastic. We also had the yellow curry that was very good. To round it out we had the orange chicken, ok as it was overlooked a tad.
The only real issue we had was the appetizers and the main dishes all came at once and the table was over crowded to really enjoy. But we will be coming back!!!
