We loved this place, we ate here twice on our vacation. The service was quick and the food was large and delicious. I got two big pancakes, a plate of grilled potatoes, a plate of scrambled eggs, two pieces of toast, and bacon for $ 15.

Ok so this place has great blueberry muffins, and the hours open at 5am?!? How can you beat that?!? But otherwise the food was not that good. Ordered the chili omelette and the chili tasted like it was right out of a Hormel can. Coffee was basically brown water

If you like the hustle and bustle of a busy cozy local eatery, then check this place out. Plates/portions were huge and while a bit high for breakfast meals, food was good. Staff was friendly and courteous. Plan to go back and bring back family members. Check it out.

Must try their blueberry muffin. Best blueberry muffin I’ve had! I would go back again just for the muffin, was warm, fresh, and moist! Salad was a generous portion too, and with fresh ingredients. Only thing I did not like was the dressing, it came in one of those pre-packed dressing.

Bar Harbor, Maine — «Jordan’s» is a MUST breakfast place to experience … «wicked-good» is a Maine term & it applies! It’a a true«Laughin’ Place» as Briar Rabbit would say … an owner-operated business with owner as the«grill-master» with a «wicked-awesome» memory as the super-servers yell out their orders … server«Haley» gave me «more smiles than I came in with» and taught me how to use«wicked» for my ever-growing Maine dictionary(PFA, «Pit pARTy», «weed-whacked», Maineiac, fiddleheads, periwinkles, Lobster Pound, blueberry rake, etc) #RunAwayBill #DUSATour2016 #Mainely «Run-A-Way Bill» was here! 05.31.16

You can go and get standard breakfast fare anywhere in this town. It will always land you mediocre results which is why this restaurants rating is so low. The trick is knowing what to order. Everything is made with an extraordinary amount of care and love. The grand slam meal here is their quiche and blueberry pancakes. The quiche is insanely good. They seem to have a rotating variety every so often, but we got the broccoli and cheddar one. Perfectly seasoned and fluffy. Amazing dish. The sides stand out as well. Home fries are also perfectly seasoned and reminiscent of grandma cooking potatoes in a cast iron skillet. The baked beans are a meal in itself. Full of flavor and bacon. This place has it figured out. Like I said, you can get standard breakfast fare anywhere. But shay separates this place from the rest is their specialties are truly special. Go here.

Nice atmosphere and reasonably priced diner. This was my girlfriend and mine’s go to breakfast place during our recent trip to Bar Harbor and Acadia as it was just around the corner from our Airbnb host. The food wasn’t overly exceptional, but it was good quality for the price. They also have a nice variety of traditional breakfast options available. Additionally, they open a couple hours earlier than any of the other breakfast places, which is great for avoiding crowds and getting a jump start on your day so you can maximize your time exploring Acadia.

3 days in Bar Harbor and this is hands down THE best breakfast. Blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup, broccoli and cheddar quiche with home fries. We ate every last bite with a smile of pure satisfaction. Bonus, it’s a well run place. Got us in and served quickly. We are just shy of tourist season and there is a small wait. So if you’re here at peak season there may be a wait. Wait. It’s worth it!

I would go back to Bar Harbor just for their blueberry pancakes and muffins. While visiting Bar Harbor a few years ago we found this place and fell in love. We were only in town for three nights but both mornings we got up and went here for breakfast. It was amazing! Staff was friendly and the food was just awesome! Oh those pancakes, best I have ever had!

We payed $ 4PERPANCAKE and they tasted like cardboard. Waaaaay over hyped, overpriced, and un tatsy. I could have made as well in a dorm room on a hot plate. Go across the street to the Black Friar for unbelievably amazing food, a cozy atmosphere and extremely reasonable prices. Seriously, their blueberry pancakes are 100 times better than Jordan’s.

This place mainly gets the 4 stars for the beautiful setting next to Jordan Pond. We got a lovely table outside on the lawn. The food for lunch was decent enough and hit the spot during our long day of biking around Acadia Park. Unfortunately the cocktails we had had one majorly standout ingredient above all… tons o’ sugar. Don’t waste your money with their mixed drinks, stick with beer or wine if you’re craving an alcoholic beverage.

The food is good and the staff does a great job at welcoming patrons. A must stop when at Bar Harbor. From 1 – 10 Coffee a solid 7 Omelette 7 Blue muffin between a 7 and 8 I should have asked them to toast it a little. Was here two years ago and I still come. I don’t know what’s the attraction. I guess it’s cool to tell people I was there.

Great«typical» breakfast at a good price. Blueberry pancakes were great, definitely spring for the blueberry«syrup» which is more like jam and tastes great. Pancake breakfast was huge and filling. Server was very nice and our coffees were kept full. Skip the orange juice, it’s from concentrate.

With their doors opening at 5am, Jordan’s Restaurant may just very well be the first and only spot in Bar Harbor that you can stop by for breakfast after your early morning sunrise trip to Cadillac Mountain in Acadia National Park — the first place to see sunrise in the United States. Emblazoned across the top of their menu — «Home of Bar Barbor’s Best Wild Blueberry Pancakes and Muffins» We bit, and ordered a plate of their Wild Maine Blueberry pancakes $ 7.99, with Wild Blueberry Syrup $ 9.29, and added a side of Homefries for $ 2.79. The pancakes were filled with the berries, as was the syrup. Yum! It was good! The homefries were a good sized portion of buttery good large diced potatoes. We paid at the counter and off we went to face the rest of the day!

Outstanding breakfast for everyone. I had the 2 egg breakfast with breakfast potatoes, rye toast and WILDBLUEBERRY pancakes with wild blueberry syrup. Everything was homemade deliciousness! The cooked and fried potatoes were fabulous. The sausage was perfection. The only problem– it was enough food for 2!

Overpriced and better food can be found almost anywhere. Blueberry pancakes uninspired and the blueberry muffins are more stale and flat than your grade school cafeteria. Quantity over quality. Too many other better choices.

Excellent blueberry pancakes. Even better with their home-made blueberry syrup(and you can buy it in bottles to take home!!). A little bit off the main drag, they open early, and so are a great quick breakfast option if you’re planning a day at Acadia national park.

We just happened to locate Jordans as we were driving around and looking for a place to eat lunch. Noticed there were many customers and we ended up with a «gem». While the restaurant is known for its breakfast we were too late as it was lunch time. Then we noticed breakfast was also available. We had a party of six and were seated immediately. This is a diner type of restaurant with a row of stools at the counters and lots of wooden booths along the wall and in the back. The waitress service was very good. I ordered the bowl of clam chowder which was very hot and filled with lots of potatoes and clams. The chowder was excellent. The price for a bowl was $ 8.95 and came with oyster crackers. Others in the party ordered hamburgers, chowder and other sandwiches and the blueberry muffins. Everyone thought that had made a great choice. At the cash register as well as other stores in town one can purchase the blueberry pancake mix and take a bag home. We recommend this place and it is away from the everyday tourist spot that are located in the downtown area. Perhaps that is why we saw so many locales eating here.
