Austin’s Key & Lock

If I could give this «business» negative 5 stars I would. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Stopped by for a second time to check to see if they had a part to make a car key for me, they had it in but was told I had to call back and come in when someone was there to make it because «she was the only one there». I asked to have my key chip back so I could have someone else do it for me today. The elderly lady flipped out started smacking her head right in front of me, demanded my key so she could make me one. While she attempted to do so she was on the phone with another employee complaining loudly to them about how «aggravated» I was (I wasn’t). Then she begins to tell me to my face it was my fault the key wasn’t made at an earlier time. Still baffles me she thinks I would want to wait three weeks for a new key? Needless to say this atrocious business will never get another cent from me.

Not very nice Linda at the front is like a dragon… She might bite your head off… they drag there feet getting things done do not call for a service they will never show up.

Excellent service and prices. The tech who came to our home was awesome. Would strongly recommend them!
