Bought a pair of Rain-​x wipers on sale. Eight bucks off, so I was happy about that. The saleswoman was absolutely unhappy to deal with customers from what I gathered by the tone of her phone conversation. I waited several minutes before she got around to ringing up my stuff. When she asked me for my phone number, I replied she didn’t need it for the sale. She snapped and said, «Fine, I guess you don’t want the warranty!» I didn’t respond but I’m thinking, what possible warranty does this store offer on wiper blades in addition to whatever Rain-​x provides? It’s nonsense, of course. I won’t go back. Looks like I’ll be shopping exclusively at the Autozone not far away. Working retail sucks. I know because I did it for four years a long time ago and I’m sympathetic toward anyone who is in that line of work. But If you don’t like retail, it’s time to do something other than hurting your employer’s business.

Smaller and more more personalized service than Auto Zone and some of the other big boys around. We had a light out, and pulled in to grab the part. The part they had in the computer didn’t match up to the one that came out of the car when we tried it in the parking lot, so we took it back in. The guy at the desk refunded and exchanged it immediately for the one that we showed him from the car. All the employees we came into contact with were very helpful and friendly. One was out in the parking lot trying to help a customer check out something on her car. Good spot.

This place is amazing! I didn’t even know this place existed. I drove by it on my way to autozone, and saw the big signs for free battery installments. I had already tried to get my battery changed at autozone in Boston, but the guys said they couldn’t do it until the next day. Everyone at Advance Auto was amazing! Even though, my car was so rusted and the bolt thingys snapped off during the battery installment; but Danny went totally out of his way and way beyond to help me fix it. He helped me buy additonal parts and did everything to get the battery on so I wouldn’t have to get my car towed. He wouldn’t even take a tip. Overall everyone was super helpful and honest about the best deals, and best parts. I wish this place was closer to me. I would suggest it way above autozone.
