I was happy with this place. The original house is next to the motel-style guest-rooms building. I like motel-style places of lodging, as it allows easy access to your car if you park right outside your room. The rooms are mini-apartments with a kitchen(including a fridge, microwave, and even a full-blown stove-oven). There was a large flat screen TV with basic cable channels facing the bed. There’s wifi. Just a nice place to come home to after a day out and about. Very comfy beds, clean, very homey. Walking distance to several restaurants. Friendly owners. On the downside: take the«breakfast» in «bed and breakfast» with a grain of salt. They just threw some bagels and containers of dry/cold cereal on a table. When«breakfast is included», you expect a lot more.

Cute place off the harbor in Hyannis with kind and attentive proprietors. We stayed there for one night– there was a surprise kitchenette stocked with nice dishes and silverware. Clean place with wood floors. Downside –springy beds and tub water(run 2 minutes till clear)… We went there to visit the Kennedy Museum and with the help of the hotel owners, we opted for the 1 hr scenic drive to Woods Hole and took the $ 8 ferry to MV. Saved again by parking in the $ 14 lot for the day.

Had there been an ice machine on the premises this would be a five-star review. The staff was very nice and the room was super clean. The kitchen area and other amenities provided were excellent. Plenty of parking for guests and excellent location. One tiny(slightly negative) thing… the room smelled a little musty when we arrived, but I had an extra air freshener in my car that took care of that quickly. :-) The AC in the room cranked and the over all size of the room was workable for 2 people. There are some common areas and chairs set around outside if you want to hang out outside your room, but still at the hotel. Oh and the view is great too.

This place was just taken over by a very nice and helpful family from the UK. They keep the inn nice clean. Our king size efficiency room was on the second floor, on a shared balcony. The room was not tiny, though it was not big, either. The room had a nice little kitchenette, with a small fridge, electric stove, microwave, and even a toaster. I wish had stayed long enough to actually use this feature. The room also had a full bathroom and a large AC. Another great feature is the wifi. It is ubiquitous and very fast. The inn is located in the historic Hyannis Port area, which means that you can walk to all the great restaurants, ferries, and cruises. That could really help you save some money, because there is no free parking anywhere in this area. There is a memorial beach about 15 minutes away if you feel like walking. Considering that all the public beaches on the Cape charge a parking fee of about $ 20 this little beach is great if you just want a quick dip.
