I absolutely love this store! So many great designer handbags, clothes, shoes. and the prices are great too. Friendly and helpful staff who are always helping me pick out cute outfits. A must see if you are ever in Barrington.

This place is a gem! Great clothes and purses, and good prices. Not average resale shop, it’s more of a woman’s boutique! The staff were very helpful and kind. This is my new go to place, I loved it!!!

Hello All!
I decided to take a voyage to the Northern Suburbs to bargain shop for some treasures. A nice lady at The Kenneth Shelter thrift store in Schaumburg gave me «The Bargain & Treasure Hunter» Guide, and I took off. As I reached this store (Double Exposure Elite Resale), I found it in a community strip plaza with a few shops and plenty of parking. Once I entered, I noticed the narrow three aisles full of nice designer clothes, purses, shoes, accessories. Reasonably priced and organized (tightly), but I WAS NOT even noticed once, nor greeted by the two ladies there. I was in there for approx 15 minutes and NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED. I was about to purchase a black Kenneth Cole purse at the entrance area to use it for a carry-​on diaperbag since I recently had a baby, but since I was not treated fairly like the other customer that was there trying on a Burberry blouse nor greeted nor noticed — I decided to treat the store the same and not give them my business.
I recently took a pause on going to the usual Nordstrom’s, Bloomingdale’s to find some reasonable designer garments, and decided to be a bargain shopper before I go back to my regular size ⁶⁄₈. I was treated nice and greeted at all the other shops I adventured in the area like House of Hope Resale, and Goodwill (Lake Zurich).
NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN HERE AGAIN, not worth my voyage, time, nor energy!
