My son is currently taking driver’s ed at Lets Go Cruisin. Their customer service is horrible. Numerous times I have left messages and sent emails, neither of which were ever returned. Because of a permit fiasco we called to cancel about an hour before a behind the wheel. She obviously doesn’t check messages because they still showed up at our house. We couldn’t use a copy of the permit(which I can’t figure out is law or not). I called that night again to apologize and reschedule. They left a message with a new time and when I called to confirm I tried on 2 different days, probably for a total of 3 hours and it was busy– eventually I was able to leave a message. At 4:00, the day of an 8:00 lesson I received an email saying we had to pay the $ 50 cancellation fee and if we didn’t have it at the next lesson he couldn’t drive. Utterly ridiculous!!! I had called and emailed a week prior and didn’t get any response until 4 hours beforehand. AND a $ 50 cancellation fee seems very steep! I could understand $ 25 or even $ 50 if there was no call made, but when messages aren’t checked– that is their fault. My younger son will not be taking driver’s ed thru Lets Go Cruisin.
