Great ride for family, not as big as glamis which is good in some cases. You will not feel overwhelmed by the size of it as a whole and won’t fear that you will be lost for days. I went on a non busy weekend and everyone was really cool and chatty, unlike glamis where people are always drunk. The dunes are larger and steeper than glamis but in a smaller area. Recommend you going here!

This place is legitimate… for ATV, off-roading, motor-crossing, and just about any sport that drives up the adrenaline. I love it because you could get lost easily and it takes about 4 miles to actually get deep into the trenches from the entrance. This place is great for families, kids, couples, first-timers, and groups. They even have an off-color«carnival»(basically just food trucks and merchandising trucks lined up). Unfortunately, I didn’t get to experience this place in all its glory because I went down in a party bus with 20 girls, ghetto men, and Andy Milonakis. Don’t ever do that or else you will get harassed by the cops.

Duuumooont how i love you! Over 8,000 of open area to ride the atv’s and dirtbikes… it’s located right off the 127 in the Barstow Resource area… It gets pretty hot this time of year. in the 80’s but can get windy… Only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars because there can be times when a lot of young stupid kids are out there riding retarded… but nevertheless, it’s always a good time and a close spot for some riding… Can’t wait to hit the dunes again… wooot wooot!
