Honestly, can’t say anything great here. I came from Arizona driving by and a fuse in my prius was out and it wouldn’t turn on. I had to put aluminum foil in fuse in order for the car to turn on. I explained everything that happened and knew exactly what was wrong with it and explained it in detail. I got there right when they opened at 0800. 2 other fuses were blown and I told them that when I got there. At around 930am service guy named George came out and said «we have a problem, there is a short in the car so it’s gonna be another 3 hours before we can look into it.» Again I had already told him two other fuses were out so of course there was going to be a short. At 2pm he finally comes back out and said «ok, we fixed the short (replaced the 2 fuses) but we don’t have the other big fuse that blew. I could get it in the morning.» Took them 6 hours to replace 2 fuses and $ 115 later. When I asked why they are charging me $ 115 for labor, George told me that any place I go to would be the same. Very hard to believe. So end of story is I had to drive 300+ miles back to AZ with a piece of foil as a fuse and $ 115 bucks down. Why they couldn’t have told me that they didn’t have that fuse from the get-​go. I have no clue. Worst service I’ve ever had and 6hours wasted

We have bought 2 vehicles here in the last year and I can’t say enough good things about the great customer service. January 2015 I went in to look at replacing my 08 Camry with a 2015 one, left with the 2015 Dodge Challenger in the showroom. Jay was nothing but great in working with me on this! Eight months later I see that Dodge is bringing back the Plum Crazy, come December we go back and they ordered the 2016 Plum Crzay 392 SRT for me. This time I worked with Ken and Jay in sales. Everyone at this dealership are the nicest people I have ever dealt with by far and are great people as we have gotten to know all of them. The reason we ended up in Barstow was because the Toyota salesperson wouldn’t change out the low rider tires on the Camry I was interested in buying from Victorville Toyota. I keep forgetting to go thank them for their lousy customer service because I now have the car of my dreams thanks to them and the excellent customer service at Mojave Auto Group.

My husband and I were in the market to purchase a 2015 Ford F150. Initially, we were planning on going to dealerships out of town (in Victorville and San Bernardino). But, before leaving we decided to check out the selection at Mojave Auto Group. We worked with John Monk and Russ Ruble. This is by far the best car buying experience we have had. They were honest and upfront with us at all times. We got a great deal and wonderful customer service. One of the owners, Michael Cheng, also worked with us. He even went through inventories from other dealerships to make sure we got what we wanted. All in all, we had a great experience and got exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend buying a car at this dealership. Plus, they have a lifetime powertrain warranty backed by Allstate. Go see them!

Outstanding service and great atmosphere to buy a car. I bought a 2014 Ford vehicle at a very good price. The sales person, sales manager, and the financial manager at Toyota Mojave Auto Group were awesome and very knowledgeable.

Went to the Service Department and stood around with no in the service office. Finally left because no one was there to help me, I left.

I walked in with hope and drove out with a car one of the best dealer Ive been to. Great service and went out of the way to help me. Me and my brother both drove with the cars we wanted big thanks to everyone one I super recommend them to anyone.

Just like the other reviewer stated, George at Service is EXCELLENT!
Mt husband works in Barstow, about 2 hours from home and when the check engine light came on driving to work, he wanted to get things checked out ASAP before having to drive home.
Online it showed no appointments available and when he called in George told him to come by, he would fit him in.
By lunch, his car was done, perfect work, fast and to no cost as our car is under warranty.
Still home in time for dinner and I didn’t have to sit around at a dealership, win win, Mojave Auto Group rocks!

I had major issues with my car. George in the service department went above and beyond to help me.
