I know they’re a travel stop and have thousands of customers a day but can’t you at least do the rice right?

The service is just unacceptable. One of the servers was being rude to my friends and I. She was going to serve a panda bowl on a used bowl, but my friend called her out on it because it could be contaminated. Also, the servers’ attitudes were downright negative. Never going here again…

what can i say, it’s Panda Express and i am Chinese. it’s typical fake Chinese food, but we had no choice but eat here. i would say it is ok… boba tea was expensive and over sweet

What a joke, open until 8:00pm but have no food at 7:25? With people inline they where spending there time shutting down the kitchen and could not make any food. Panda Express is that normal business practice?

The food was as expected from a panda express and their service was relatively fast for how busy they are. I’m not a fan of their set up though as you are in the middle of a walking area trying to order.

Always manage to stop here on my way home from Vegas. Definitely helps my hangovers! The food is always fresh(you see them cooking it right in front of you) and great customer service

This is the worst panda express so far I have ever seen. Most visitors are not from local area so they do not know what a bad food they may get out of this. If you don;t believe, you are more than welcome to try!

I am still furious at the terrible customer service I received from the rude tiny and bulky dark-haired girl who was awfully working behind the counter this evening at 7.45! No greetings. no smile… no thank you! The girl didn’t want to be there… and it showed! I was appalled at the lack of not only customer service, but also of manners! She grabbed my credit card when I handed it to her and she gave it back to me without any kind of acknowledgment or a simple thank you!!! I will NEVER go back there, and that’s too bad, because the food was actually pretty good and tasty! Shame on that ‘employee’ and on the person who hired her! She is a disgrace to the business!!!

Normally, I expect chains to taste somewhat similar. This one, however, is a bit off. I guess it has to do more so with the fact that the food isn’t the freshest, but most of the food is either bland and tasteless or has gelled over(gross). It’s also more expensive than«normal» locations. Hit up the MickyD’s instead! It’s a better choice. Trust me.

Nothin really wrong with this Panada Express. I guess if you want chinise food in the middle of know where on the way to Vegas this would be the place to go. Lots of other places at the location to eat at as well if who ever you are traveling with decides they want something else. Don’t forget to get you fortune cookie!

Barstow pit stop to pee, stretch your legs and get some Panda. i don’t know about you but the food tastes a little off at this location. the broccoli beef had a jelly like quality to the sauce which i found weird, the rice was dry, and there was a funky aftertaste they had going with the mushroom chicken. I also just wanted to get a refill of water and that doucher behind the counter heard me when I asked her for a refill of water, she looked straight at me and she decided to slowly help the next two customers before doing a task that literally will take less than 20 seconds to do; like refill my damn water cup. but hey, it’s a chain of fast food chinese food, so I’m assuming all of this perma-yuck-faced employees come with the territory since they are in bum-fuck no where. I’m gonna stick with just getting a snack from the gas station from now on than coming here.

A welcome addition to Barstow Station, this Panda Express location offers the hundreds of thousands of yearly visitors a mainstream dining option that rivals McDonald’s. The quality and variety of entrée options are those that you’d expect from this chain, which isn’t really saying much. As you’d expect from a location that sees twenty thousand tour busses a year, the employees can be quite jaded and snippy — they just want to get you your food and have you on your way as quickly as possible. Throw in there some foreign tourists and hilarity is sure to ensue. Although not entirely visible while in line, there is a seating area dedicated to Panda customers. You just keep walking towards the north wall and should come across it, or feel free to ask one of the Panda employees which is sure to grunt you in the right direction.
