The Asian guy and lady(I guess the owners) are always very pleasant to have transactions with. I’ve had several dry cleaning service from them and so far they have never disappointed me.

The guy working there was a little hard to understand, but he was super nice. I’m super pregnant to the point where people ask me if i’m due any day now. Nope, I still have a little over two months to go. I don’t have the balls to tell people that ’ No, i’m not pregnant, i’m just a severe alcoholic.’ Anyways, I waddled here with my two year old to pick up my dad’s mountain of cleaning. I told the guy to give me a second, because it would take me a couple of trips to get it out to the car, but he told me not tomworry about it, that he would help me. He carried out all of the dry cleaning and hung it up in my car, and it was a crapload! I’m pretty sure my daughter thought she was in some kind of mobile fabric cave by that point. He was really nice and helpful, and my dad was happy with his dry cleaning.

I’ve been a client of Army 59 Cleaners since its opening and have sincerely enjoyed the company’s female owner’s customer service. Her husband, however, I find to be condescending and pompous. I recently purchased a $ 68.00 Kensie sweater and brought it to Army 59 for cleaning. When I picked it up I did not realize its misshapen form until I was ready to wear my new sweater. The neck opening was stretched out beyond both shoulders and the new length barely covered my floating ribs. I brought the sweater back and asked for my $ 68.00 back or store credit. The man whisked my sweater to the back where I could see an angry burst of steam followed by him pulling down on my sweater. He proudly brought my sweater back to me thinking everything was okay, but its new and even more irregular shape would not have fit a tween. Simple bailment means, when you turn possession over to someone such as a dry cleaner, it is reasonable to have it returned to you in the same shape or better. I am out $ 68.00 + the cost of cleaning my sweater. My only recourse is to not return to Army 59 and share my experience with others.
