Super sweet girls at the front desk and helped me get back into tanning easy since I had some time off due to a baby. Very clean beds and the place is immaculate. Easy to find location as well.

I literally am sitting in the parking lot 10 min before they close and as I walk up to the door they shut off the open sign. I cannot believe they wouldn’t let me do a 2 min spray tan and I can’t believe I even considered buying a monthly package and lotion. If I could give less than 1 star to the girls who laughed while turning off the sign I would. I’m sure there beds and spray tanning booth are great but their customer service is appalling.

Unfortunately this is the closest LA Tan to where I live, so it is very convenient however, «on customer appreciation day» The bed that I tanned and did not have a face lamp light when I was tanning. After my tan was completed I waited to tell the employee that this specific bad did not have a face lamp light throughout my tan. She then proceeded to tell me that she knew about it and that a man was there to fix it. She also said that there was «nothing that we can do». Not a great experience for a quote customer appreciation day“
I personally use LA Tan because I have some acne that tanning does help my face dry out, and does help with my acne however, my face did not get the tan that it was supposed to. Personally I would think that they would at least give me another tan for the inconvenience especially because the employee knew about the face lamp.

Update to my previous review– the owner did contact me and said he would refund me. I came in that week and picked up a check for one of the charges and my bank refunded me the difference for the second charge. He was nice about it and apologized for his delay and said he forgot about it. I’m happy it got resolved and I did get my $ 120 back even though it took almost 6 weeks to get the reversal.

The girl at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable. They have a new spray tan which she fully explained how to use it. Its also clean looking. I didn’t give it all 5 stars because the floor in the spray tan room was a little slimy. I will go back.

I would say this is one of the better La Tans I’ve been to. The girls are always friendly and the place always looks clean. The new spray tan booth there is amazing! It even has a heated lamp to warm you up! I usually go for $ 5 Tuesday, it can get a little busy but I’ve never waited more then 5 mins to get into a bed.

I would highly recommend LA TAN especially this location. I came in after tanning at other tanning salons that seemed dirty and had old beds that barely tanned you. I spoke with Shannon who was very knowledgeable about the beds and the tanning process. She gave me a full tour of the salon and explained all the differences in the levels of beds. All of the beds look new and the salon is very clean. The results after one tan were outstanding! I was offered some excellent specials on tanning and lotion as well. If you are looking for a GREAT place to tan this is it!
