McDonald’s

I’m surprised people are commenting on the cleanliness of the place and professionalism of the staff. This is McDonald’s, isn’t it? Keeping that in mind that standards are not going to be as high as other restaurants. We come here for a quick, cheap eat. This never was and never will be an upscale place. I’m sorry, but that’s just the reality.
I’ve been coming here over the years to grab something to eat and for coffee in the morning. There were a couple of instances when the orders were not correct but overall the service was up to my expectations. You order, you pay, and you leave. The script is followed almost every time I visit.
Could they be better? Sure. Any restaurant could be better. But this is McDonald’s. It operates well given the expectations.

First visit there was a weeknight about 6 p.m. Not very busy inside. Plenty of staff standing around talking behind the counter. Tables were not clean. I had to go ask for a table clean since my group needed a larger table. I call there because I seem to have misplaced and item and the phone rings about 20x, finally gave up. Where’s the accountability?

Okay, it’s McDonalds… I know what you’re thinking but bare with me! I stop here every so often to grab a coffee in the morning. The guy in the drive thru is always RIDICULOUSLY nice. He seriously puts my day off to a good start! He’s always complimenting my hair or nails. He engages in a little banter and always tells me to have a great day. I wish every person I encountered was this nice!

Got our order wrong going through the drive through today. I asked for 2 chicken sandwiches and got 2 hamburgers instead??? Had to wait in the reserved spot for my food and they still got it wrong I had made a request for ketchup and a straw. …didn’t get those either. And no one answered the phone. In my three tries to talk to the super to comment. So I got on Unilocal to Unilocal

They have one of the best drive thru employees ever. He is usually there in the morning and is one of the nicest people ever. Stop by to see him!

I’m sorry, but I wanted this to be a good review, but the «newly renovated» McDonalds here in Bartlett leaves much to be desired.
Sitting here drafting this review, for half an hour the five tables within immediate eyeshot are filthy. Countless red-​shirted employees and gray/​blue –shirted «managers» have passed by, iphones in hand of course, paying no attention to the disgusting tables.
Now I have just witnessed Customers cleaning a table!!!
Ridiculous.
Management here needs a wake up call.
I was excited to see the build out in our community, and wanted to support the local McDonalds, but their clear lack of basic cleaning standards makes me wonder if it’s this filthy in the dining area, what does the kitchen look like?

We have a family of five, so our orders are usually pretty large. It does seem, more often than not, that are order is pretty significantly wrong when using the drive thru.
Food is always great, which is why we continue to go there (most convenient one to our house).

I eat breakfast at the Bartlett McDonald’s almost everyday. I use to go to a different McDonald’s, but stopped in at this one morning several months ago and have been going back ever since. One of the main reasons is that Albert is so pleasant and upbeat. I think he represents what customer service should be. In addition to the great service, I always get just what I ordered and the line moves along quickly.

Quick, fast & accurate. The cashier in the drive thru was friendly and actually seemed to mean it when he said «have a blessed day» vs a mechanical response.

I always have to check to make sure I get what I pay for from this McDonalds. Just yesterday, I was shorted 1 daily double. About 25% of the time, the order is wrong when going through the drive through. OK, when going inside.

I like this location. They are friendly, fast, and accurate!
They also have a playplace for the kids that is clean as far as I can see! :) They enjoy it, and they wash their hands before they eat. That’s all that matters ;)

Do you know that McDonald’s now offers Dr. Pepper? I have been a fan of their fountain Coca-​Cola for years, but upon learning of their Dr. Pepper availability I am afraid that I will be frequenting this location more often. I have already tried it a few times and have not been disappointed. Quick drive-​thru service. Receipt provided without prompting. Correct beverage in the cup. Honestly, it doesn’t take much more to make me happy. Nice job, Bartlett McDonald’s! See you again soon!
