I have been coming to this Subway for years now and have found them to be very efficient, courteous and friendly. Restaurant is clean, ingredients are fresh, and I have seen them go above and beyond to correct something if an oversight did occur.

I hope you read this before you go. I wish I had read other reviews. I was overcharged for my drink. I thought I had caught the error. I told them I was charged for the larger size when I asked for the smaller. She made some excuse up and fixed the problem– it seemed. Later, when I looked at my receipt I saw I was charged for TWO small drinks. Guess she wanted to help make up the difference my coupon saved me! I hope their deceptive practices bite them in the butt.

I love coming here! Been coming here for dinner, going on 2yrs every night! Good conversation, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I know, its Subway, not the Ritz, but I really feel good eating there. The peeps are awesome and make me feel at home!

I’m glad it isn’t just me. I haven’t had good experiences at this location and never get a good feeling of satisfaction. They are skimpy with the toppings and their pop tastes watery. If possible I go to the Subway on 59 which is only a few miles further, but 100 miles ahead of this one in all aspects.

I am a huge fan of the subway breakfast combo, and expect some consistency across this chain restaurant, but this location really disappointed me. First of all, the service was rude and rushed. She questioned my choice to add each veggie to my ‘breakfast’ sandwich. As I was paying, she was trying to rush me while I dug for the three coins. I was the only person in there– why was it so important that she not wait for me to get exact change ready? And the kicker — the egg white was nearly frozen in the center. I couldn’t even finish the sandwich as it was awful, cold, and watery. I will not be returning.

The food was fine but I was over charged. I had to explain the new menu board pricing. I got a partial cash refund that they under estimated. I then realized they didn’t discount my combo but decided arguing about another 50 cents wasn’t worth the effort.

I didn’t have any of the problems other people reviewed in this thread… it tasted like a subway and there were ample amounts of vegetables. They just weren’t prepared for lunch on a Wednesday; only one woman was working the sandwiches, so there was a long wait. And also, no forks, apparently. Seems understaffed and without some important stuff. Food was OK though.

I will be going to the other subway on rt 59 from now on. The service is terrible at this Subway, the employee’s don’t listen and keep asking me to repeat myself. This is because they are always chatting with each other and not paying attention! The cashier is always asking what I ordered… ugh…how do these people have jobs? Also the food taste fresher on rt 59.

I’ll agree with Scott V about the veggies. How much does a handfull of onion cost anyway ?? However I still got my sandwich faster than it took me at Nick’s Pizza and Pub, which was my earlier check-in/walk out empty handed restaraunt tonight !

I am tired of having to correct the bill(overcharged) and having to ask for a decent amount of vegetable toppings. You won’t catch me ever again at this Subway. I will be travelling another 2 miles to the next closest Subway from now on.
