Ugh terrible place. Grabbed this motel for 2 nights because it was cheap, and we were just going to use it to sleep. Big mistake. Should have paid more to actually get a room that we could sleep in. — Spotty wifi. I spent more time trying to connect to the damn thing, then actually using it!(I was visiting from Canada) Thank goodness I was able to use my family’s phone as a hot spot. — The toilet clogged easily, and when we spoke to the manager to get it fixed, they handed us a plunger and we did it ourselves. — There are only 2 settings for the thermostat: blazing hot or ice cold. There is no in between. — The cleaning staff was terrible. Before leaving for the mountains, we tidied up our beds a little(but didn’t fix it completely) and left a tip. The cleaners took the tip and didn’t bother to fix our sheets or replace our towels! — Stained towels when we walked in. Enough said. We basically checked out as soon as we got up the next morning. Never again.

Please don’t make a reservation here. When we first got to the hotel, our bedding was covered in visible dirt and there were bugs(including cockroaches) all over the place. We went to the front desk to complain and inform them of the bug problem, and apparently they were already aware and didn’t think it was a big deal. There were also bugs(alive and dead) all over the check in desk room and office, so clearly the staff don’t mind them… We asked for clean linens since ours were disgusting and the manager literally just handed me a flat sheet as his solution. While we were out at the desk, a few other guests came down to complain about the same issues. One man even brought down a cockroach he trapped between two cups to show the manager, and still nothing was done. We did not stay here and I would advise against going anywhere near this place… I’ll be reporting it to the better business bureau.

If you’re having issues with the address working in a GPS, use Dale’s Café and Grill(3396 Rt 611 Bartonsville, PA18321) as it’s located directly across the road. This is a motel and don’t mistake that. Our room was probably last overhauled in the late 80’s/early 90’s minus the appliances. The hotel cable had a good selection of channels, bed was reasonably comfortable, and the room was equipped with both a mini-fridge and microwave. This is where the good points end. Rooms still use real keys and that is something I’ve never seen. Two of the lights in the room had loose connections at first and the heating/cooling unit took a long time to start. On our last night the smoke detector started beeping due to a suspected dead battery. The bathroom was less then acceptable and was stained. Door hinges were rusty and the door did not fully close at the top or bottom. Tub appeared to be regrouted/refinished several times and a layer of dirt washed off when the shower was first started. Dead Mosquito on the ceiling finished the experience. This would not be my first, second, or third choice for places to stay, but the event I was attending paid for the room. If you just need a space to sleep for a few hours and are not going to look closely, this could probably work. Otherwise look elsewhere.
