Some of the absolute best Gator Tail around!!! Their shrimp is just awesome and if you like scallops this is your place too! For a local seafood joint so far from the shore it is exceptionally good! For such a good seafood place inside the little town of Bartow this place is a rare find!

Oysters were so tiny it took three to fit on one cracker. Gator tail dry and tasteless. Friendly servers.

The quality of food and service has decreased significantly over the last year, as well as the portion sizes. We’ve ordered fried shrimp, grilled shrimp, fried gator, po’ boys, shrimp & chicken pasta alfredo, fried fish & grilled fish. A year ago, I would have given this place 4 – 5 stars. Definitely not now. The shrimp are no longer fresh and hand-​breaded and the chicken in the pasta tasted like it was microwaved in a zip-​loc bag. Such a shame — they had a good thing going.

Well the downward spiral has happened to this once very good seafood house.
I have seen the once wait for a table on a Friday night become slower and slower. I ordered a simple Catfish Po Boy and was served two pieces of over cooked catfish with no bun ?
My wife ordered the Sea Scallops sautéed? they looked boiled and snow white? About the size of a quarter. Over cooked and hard as rubber. The french fries were under cooked dripping in grease and limp. We sent them all back and had to ask for the manager? BTW, I was in the business for 25 years.
The female owner came over with a bitch on wheels attitude and was just damn nasty.
Run and I do mean run away from this soon to fail restaurant. I try to do business with small local restaurants but I will make sure this one will never see any of my money of my friends again… You could have been great. Poor cooks and a owner with a bad attitude will kill this one. Btw, the 50 year old female owner should be a bit more professional in the way she dresses. Short shorts and her belly sticking out from under he to tight T Shirt is not attractive.

Terrific jerked seafood combo platter — frogs legs, shrimp, and catfish. Friendly folks — really nice local establishment. Worth a road trip
