In response to Kimberly’s message after my review, if you did everything you said in your response I wouldn’t have had such negative feelings. I was there three days a week, I discussed the diet plan or tried to with you on countless occasions. I stuck with the program and was very committed. You are just another«one size fits all» approach to. fitness with a large price tag attached. There was never any follow up by you, you discuss nutrition without any background in this area. There was NEVER a program designed for my goals and NEVER any follow up with your clients. It’s all about your sales package . Then to send me a private email telling me I’m taking the food out of your sons mouth by my review was completely unprofessional. You offered to reimburse me then when I asked for the reimbursement you said no. Another example of not standing by what you say. I’m not interested in continuing the banter. As a customer I have every right to review the things that I participated in. Just because you didn’t like my review you should focus your energy and learn from what people are saying to make your business better. Sending them a bunch of nasty emails doesn’t help your cause.
