i have got my hair done here about three times and the first time was great! i had maria, she was so nice and was very thorough with explaining how she was going to cut my hair because i was unsure. i just said i wanted my dead ends off and she suggested how much and that it would look nice with long layers and a face frame. i was sooo happy with it i went back only to find out she no longer worked there. i decided to try someone else, i had kiesha do my color and it was terrible, spots missing and the color was wrong. i was mortified. the last time was a guy, i dnt remember his name but he looked like he wasnt sure of what he was doing after i explained what i wanted with my haircut, and on top of it he was rude when i was trying to explain it didnt look right. after it was done. 25 mins later, i got home and i could see it was all uneven. ill never go back to this place again, the manager didnt even say anything to fix it.

I used to take my kids here when Tyler cut their hair. She was great. Unfortunately, she moved out of state. Today, we had the very unpleasant experience of Maria. She was rude and made it very apparent she had no interest in cutting a young child’s hair. I watched as she completely butchered another child’s hair and was relieved that we opted to forego her services.
How do you solve a problem like Maria? Simply choose another salon.
