This used to be a decent business. It is the opposite now. The person I dealt with before I assume quit do to the owner being a jerk and dishonest. I brought my mower in to be repaired and was pleasantly surprised that they called the next morning to say it was ready. Before I brought the mower in I replaced the spark plug, fuel filter, battery and checked the fluids. When I went to pick up the mower they had replaced the brand new never been used battery and told me it had a bad core. I informed them I didn’t need a new battery since my battery was under warranty (no surprise on a one week old battery that has never been used). I was talked to like I was some sort of jerk for not telling him before he did the «work» to replace the battery (about 45seconds of work if you have 10 fingers). I pointed out we had never received a phone call so I never really had the opportunity to object. I was told it is not their policy to call for repairs under $ 200 on a riding mower. I tried to explain I didn’t think I had to specifically tell them not to replace a brand new battery that worked perfect and never had an opportunity to have him not to replace it. He seemed frustrated and obviously common sense is not a strong point for him. Anyway, tested the battery. No surprise it is perfect since it was brand new. Mowed the yard. The mower is running like crap. New problems like the deck and belt being loose. They also replaced the new spark plug. Least of my concern. All around the worst mechanic I have ever dealt with. The attitude is as poor their hygiene. A bunch of scammers and thieves. Go else where. Unless you want your property stollen and damaged. Pathetic. I would give less than one star if possible.
