Dr. Collins is so kind and understanding. The facility is state of the art and very pretty. The ladies up front know their stuff when it comes to insurance and are always professional and super nice. I recommend this practice without reservation.

Great and friendly place. Awesome state of the art equipment. Kids, wife and myself all have been there and all experienced a positive visit with no vs, straight to the point and a lot cheaper than onther local office!!!

The receptionist told me they accept my insurance, but neglected to tell me my insurance was out of network. Not only did they NOT address my dental issue they charged me $ 50.00 because of being out of network!!!

This is by far the best dental experience I have ever had. All the staff were very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. The office was beautiful and comfortable. They have complimentary drinks (Starbucks tea, coffee, water, etc), complimentary laughing gas if you are nervous (just let them know at the front desk), and flat screen TVs over the chairs. Dr. Collins was very upfront about everything and didn’t recommend a bunch of unnecessary treatments. They are informative about what costs you will be facing with treatment. They are open until 8 on weekdays and open on Saturdays so it is easy to keep up with cleanings. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my visit.

Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Open extended hours and saturdays so you don’t have to miss work PLUS you don’t have to wait weeks to get an appointment. The entire office is beautifully decorated with complimentary beverages in the waiting area. Lay back, relax and watch your own flat panel while you’re getting your dental work done. The staff is friendly and courteous. Dr. Collins is wonderful, thorough and explains the entire procedure including cost options. I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in Austin before, so I am so grateful to have this level of quality available to us in Bastrop. Highly recommend.
