First off — Love Jimmy Johns sandwiches. But NOT40 minutes after ordering and waiting for delivery then calling and finding they are still sitting on the counter. All it takes is one bad experience. Jersey Mikes is just as good.

Visited this location on Wednesday evening, about an hour before closing time. I had a feeling that I was making a mistake when I saw the counter was manned by three teenagers. I do not know if a manager was present in the back of store. The store appeared clean, but both bathrooms had out of service signs on them, so I’ll just assume that they had been cleaned and the employees didn’t want anyone ruining their work, understandable. I ordered the Tuna sub, which had a solid list of extras on the menu, including some type of special sauce. I told one of the workers what I wanted and waited for my sub. I took a peek before heading home and was a bit perturbed at how small the sub appeared. After fully opening, I realized that the sub was lacking in tuna and any type of sauce. I took one bite of the extremely stale bread and tossed the sub in the garbage, vowing to never go to a Jimmy John’s again. Overall the place was clean, the workers disinterested and the food pretty terrible. Could be a one of, could be real problem for this location. I won’t be back to find out.

Dear Jimmy Johns 25 minutes is NOT freaky fast! Then to deliver the WRONG sandwich and now I have to wait for the new one to be delivered. 40 minutes for one of your mediocre at best sandwiches is ridiculous.

If I had the jack I’d buy one of these stores because they’re a guaranteed gold mine. JJ’s isn’t over the top with spices, condiments and other junk. Why… because they use extremely fresh, daily made bread that tastes great, add quality meats and veggies, and call it a day. They don’t ‘junk up’ their sandwiches like other sub shops, who do so to cover up their old bread and sub-standard meats, veggies. This is true of every JJ’s I’ve visited, not just this one. Cheers.

The last time I ever went to a Jimmy John was what I thought was my first and last time in 1994 my freshman year of college… it was so completely gross I went there once and never went back fast forward to 2013 and I thought I would give them a try… nothing has changed and I won’t be back. Good 1. The service people are awesome. The guy who helped me was super nice. 2. My sub was made fast. The not so good 1. It tasted like something I could have made at home. 2. There was like half a jar of mayo on my sub… it was oozing and dripping out all over the place. I felt my arteries clogging up. 3. My sub just tasted mushy. 4. They have very limited toppings/veggies and things like hot peppers are extra… seriously? So because I don’t want my sandwich bland you are going to charge me more… granted it is a small charge but when you have limited options it seems a bit ridiculous. 5. Ok not Jimmy Johns fault but there was a mother with several of her small children there and I actually saw this child continuously lick the sides of the table she was sitting at… yuck, mental note I would never eat there or if I ever come back I am sanitizing the table before I sit down. Overall my sub just didn’t taste fresh… all I tasted was mayo and bread If you want a mayo sandwich and eat at a table that was licked thoroughly by a small child this is the place for you!

This Jimy John’s location seems to be a cut above the others I have been to. Seems everytime I go here the bread is super fresh and the meats are freshly cut. The staff working here is also really friendly and always super fast to make my order. This location is also really clean. I appreciate going to a fast food place and having clean tables and these guys do it right. IF you are feeling a need for a Jimmy John’s fix this location is the one to visit.

Quick, quality, subs at a fair price… keyword is subs, looking for anything other than a sub, go somewhere else. Jimmy John’s is awesome!

After hearing people rave about Jimmy John’s, I decided to come here to give it a try. Do note that this visit took place two years ago and maybe things have changed. My first impression of Jimmy John’s was a disappointment. Yes, my sub was made freaky fast, but it tasted no better than something I could make at home. I also felt rushed when ordering, despite the restaurant being deserted. Not a good feeling when you’ve never been to a particular chain before and don’t know their routines or menu. Anyway, this experience turned me off to Jimmy John’s until recently. I had a Vito from the Geneva Commons Jimmy John’s and it tasted much better than I remember the Vito from this store tasting. Again, my experience at this particular Jimmy John’s was from two years ago, yet it stuck with me long enough to keep me away from the Jimmy John’s chain for so long. Hopefully things have changed at this location.
