They don’t give much orange chicken or coconut shrimp when I order 3 entrees horrible fast food service I’ll never go back

So slow, at 7:15 the entrée trays were empty. Even the fried rice! What kind of Chinese fast food place runs out of fried rice?! I asked the question I was told by the manager that was pretty late in the evening! I waited for about 15 minutes for two simple take out entrées, got pissed off, and left without fried rice for my entrée. I won’t be going back.

I specifically stop at this location as it’s on my way. Stopped in Sunday 3÷22÷25 and to my surprise they were out of chow mein noodles. REALLY. This is the only reason I stop. Food is average fast food but we love the walnut shrimp and noodles. There was a note in place where the noodles should have been stating Sorry, we are out. This is a chain, which is probably franchised, Unacceptable.

I love the place ever since the new manager took over it. The whole team were well trained and very friendly. The food is always fresh and service is fast! When you don’t want to have just sandwich for your dinner, where will you go?! I pick this location! Food and service are both important to me!
