You can tell the difference between a simple employee there to do a job and a professional who truly enjoys doing the task at hand, more like a service than a job. This is what I encountered at Sleepy’s this weekend. Probably the busiest sale weekend of the year, my sales person was on her game. She had all the specs on the product, bright and cheerful, and all the while juggling multiple customers without making me feel neglected. I feel like I received great service, the perfect mattress and box springs, a fast delivery time and an extremely pleasant experience with a person who loves her job! Thank you, Chelsey. You make me wish I needed more mattresses for the other 3 bedrooms in the house. I will definitely be back and refer my friends to you!
