Praise Eye Care

I went to see Dr. Idy Wu at Praise Eye Care on a recommendation for contacts fitting. They’re open on Saturdays, so I scheduled an appointment for noon and went for my appointment. I found Dr. Wu herself to be friendly and patient, and she liked taking the time to explain to me the anatomy of the eye, potential abnormalities that can occur, and how the contacts fit in relation to it. She was receptive to any potential questions I might’ve had, and was also patient and helpful during my first contacts testing the week after.
I would recommend her based on my experiences, because she didn’t make me feel rushed or uncomfortable, and I felt like I could trust her based on the time she took to explain everything in detail, and how it felt like she was there to simply help me get what I needed, rather than upsell or push something. Her pricing is competitive too. Another optometrist wanted a little over 3 times as much just for a fitting what I paid with Dr. Wu, and there was no guarantee they would’ve made me feel at ease as Dr. Wu did. She even took the time to follow up with whether or not I received my contacts, and if there were any issues.
