It seems weird to review an AT&T store but I just have to let everyone know how nice this location is! I’m never on this side of town so I was surprised! It’s huge, for one thing. And it is very nicely laid out. They have large areas of displays and seating areas for when you’re being helped. I realize no one really wants to go in to the store and it can be a bit of a time suck but I had a good experience. I was here yesterday to trade in my iPhone 5 and I was in and out relatively quickly.

I visited this store with my boyfriend’s mother (we were both visiting Baton Rouge). She was in need of adding minutes to her current AT&T phone. Once we entered the store we were greeted by a very friendly employee who was able to answer all of her questions. We were in and out of the store within 15 minutes and my boyfriend’s mother was very happy.
The only thing I would have added to the store was to their selection of products. There were’t that many phones and accessories on display making the store seem a bit bare.
Overall…great service!
