Update: contacted by owner with apology and make up remedy. That’s the way to answer an issue. Back on our list. Still need to answer the phone when open. Called in an order and went to pick up. Is the Au Jus in the bag with the French Dip? Yes. We put it in the bottom of the bag. Get home. Nope. No Au Jus. Call their phone number twice. No answer.

This is my go-to sandwich place on Siegen. Great service and food. I ordered the medium French dip sandwich and it was served piping hot. It comes with au jus for dipping and that was tasty too. Next time I will order a small sandwich, I felt the medium size was too much food.

First time visiting and we didn’t know what to do. My husband got the grinder and I can’t remember the name of mine. But it was ok

I’m pretty impressed with the quality of their food and the good service I get when I come here. I like that variety of ways to build my sandwich. The staff is friendly and I was able to get my food pretty quick. I’m satisfied overall with this place!

Cute little shop hidden in the Target plaza on Siegn. I decided to try it when I received an email for my birthday giving me a free small wich. I got one of the turkey wiches with coleslaw and 1000 island. I added a few of the free topping; provolone, spinach, pickles, tomatoes, and hot peppers. Bread was fresh. Toppings were fresh. Lots of flavor. Warning. The the hot pepper mix has some bite. The concept is interesting with you the writing your order on a bag and handing it to the server. Separate bags for cookies and shakes. Price was not bad, $ 5.49 for a small 7″ wich. Loads more toppings to choose from vs Subway and Jimmy Johns. I’ll be coming back here soon when I need a wich fix.

Good stuff! I had never been so I thought it should be pretty fail proof since you fill out what you want on the bag and leave what you don’t want off by not circling it. I ordered the bbq pork with coleslaw. Flavor was good. I’m giving it only 3 stars for two reasons. I circled«toasted», which it was but it was cold, cold, cold inside. I expected the coleslaw to be cold but not the meat. Secondly, I did not want pickles, so I did not circle pickles… but it had pickles on it. I guess pickles normally come on the bbq pork so they assumed I wanted them even though I did not have it circled. Next time I’ll write in caps, «NOPICKLES» so there is no confusion.

I couldn’t decide what I wanted so I got the Wicked. My sandwich was absolutely amazing. This place blows jimmy johns, subway, and Quiznos out the water. I would recommend trying it.

So my girlfriend really wanted to go to this place the other day, and at first I was a bit hesitant as I love Jimmy John’s, but it really blew me away. I got the wicked… because I’m a fatty that can’t make up my mind, and it was amazing. Totally different than the Gargantuan at Jimmy John’s. They both have their strengths, but being able to customize my sandwich really made the difference as well as it being toasted. When I got the large I thought it was too much at first, but I easily devoured it. I threw on some carmalized onions, mushrooms, spicy ranch, spinach, tomato, blue cheese, feta, mozarella, oil, vinegar, oregano, and garlic. The flavor combination was out of this world, and the fact I was able to add all this stuff to my sandwich at no extra charge was even better. In addition, Unilocal gave me a coupon for a free drink. So I saved about $ 2. Their house chips are really good as well. You can tell the difference between them and the stuff in the bag. I’m a HUGE fan to say the least, and I’ll definitely be going back… pretty soon.

My husband and I went to try this place out because it had great reviews on Unilocal. The service was the first turn off. I had never ordered here before so I didn’t know how it worked. I went to place my order. The cashier never greeted me. She was very rude and all she said when I went to speak was… grab a bag with the number 8. She never said anything else and just took my money. The food was okay but, not worth the price. We will not be back.

I stopped here on my lunch break one day, and was impressed with the service, speed, and food! I got a lettucewich, and as we know, lettuce-wrapped anything is generally a mess, but I ate in the car and only had a bit of a mess at the very very end. All the ingredients were well distributed and fresh. I’ll definitely stop in again!

They don’t have these back home in Chicago, and I was a little confused when I first walked through the door, but I was INCREDIBLY and pleasantly surprised by the outcome of this visit. Ordered the buffalo chicken with crispy onions, spicy ranch, lettuce, and tomato and HOLYMOUTHGASM! I would choose this place over Subway(obvi), Potbelly’s, Mike’s Subs, or any other sub place I’ve been to. A little on the pricey side for a sub($ 10 something for a 10″), but worth every penny.

This was my first trip to this unique sandwich shop that serves a create your own style sandwich. First you grab a bag from the wall according to the type of basic ingredients you crave. The bag has all kinds of add-ons to choose from and you can request your creation hot or cold. I chose the Vegetarian bag with artichoke hearts, provolone and parmesan cheese, added marinara sauce, feta, black olives, green peppers, red onion, red pepper flakes, oregano on WW bread. I requested it toasted and asked them to make it a «skinny»(or scoop out the middle of the bread). The results were so delicious and blew anything served at Subway or Jimmy Johns out of the water. They also have milk shakes or malts in six flavors. They are made to order not extruded out of a machine. I watched them making a banana one and they used real bananas in it! I plan to have one on my next trip because I will definitely be back.

Soooo delicious! We have them back in California and I would frequent it all the time when I lived there… someone can only eat so many Jimmy Johns sandwiches before looking for something unique… this place is a breathe of fresh air… you choose the sandwhich you want up to a T. which makes it easier for someone as picky as me to find something they like.

1st stop in on 4÷4÷14… they are running a Unilocal deal where you get a FREE large drink with your order upon check-in…thought the prices were reasonable Went with the Cheese steak with CheezWhiz, small version, and I found it to be tasty and filling… missed the fact that they also serve up a Corned Beef and I’m gonna have to go back and try that out… kinda bummed they don’t offer a Pastrami cause I personally find Pastrami to be most sensual of all the salted meats… This place isn’t that big but they have ample seating… when you come in the door you grab a brown sack with all the sandwich options and extras listed on the outside of the sack and you simply check off the sammich you desire as well as the options hand it to the cashier when you pay and they make your meal to order… The fun thing about it is at the bottom of your sack you can write your name or a funny pseudonym for the employees to call out when your order is ready for pickup… the teenage boy of mine finds this to be absolutely hilarious and he spent more time working on his name than he did on his sammich choice… I’ll be back for sure…

Instead of waiting in line and telling the sandwich artist exactly what you want, there’s this cool bag and marker system. Grab a bag, check off all of the things you want and then give the person your bag and pay. Your sandwich creation will be right up! I love this system because sometimes standing in line at subway puts on the pressure because so many people are behind you. So I’ll forget a topping or they’ll forget something. With this system, it doesn’t happen because you can take as long as you want choosing your toppings! I love it. Now the taste. I got the beef cheesesteak. I love cheesesteak any way and it was delicious. The bread is fresh. The only thing is next time I would add more cheese. I like it extra cheesy.
