Scheduling was easy and convenient, unfortunately they were unable to keep it. The chiropractic assistant brought me to the back to take my «vitals», and basically just asked me what my height and weight was currently. I waited 45 minutes after being put in the exam room, and couldn’t wait any longer. The clincher was that the office really wasn’t busy! I could understand if the staff had been slammed, but I’d only seen one or two other patients since I’d been there. I explained to the receptionist that I had other appointments that afternoon and excused myself.
After I’d left, the doctor called me and proceeded to ask me evaluative questions as though we were going to do a physical exam by phone. Really?! He told me I could come back later in the day, as though the hour I had already spent there wasn’t a waste. No, thank you. There is nothing worse than having someone value their time more than yours. Better luck next time.

Dr. Gerald Bell is very meticulous with his work, fully explaining the benefits of the variety of chiropractic & rehabilitation services that Capitol Spine offers. They accept most forms of health insurance, and can even be utilized for massage therapy. Their LMT, Cody, is a very good therapist, and has a wonderfully healing touch. If you are leary towards chiropractic care, or have heard bad things, please go in for a free consultation and see that Dr. Bell and his wife are the best chiropractors in town. I was under the impression that chiropractic was all about just «cracking bones» but it is not the case. I learned that sometimes where hurt is NOT where the pain is coming from. If you live in a different area, or need any type of treatment that they don’t provide, Dr. Bell has a large network of colleagues who can suit your needs. Mrs. Dr. Bell has a great sense of humor and always makes the patient feel at ease. I was pleased to hear that they offer Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) — something I never heard of as an a therapy for back pain. Why go get a steroid shot or take all these unnecessary medicines when Dr. Bell can get down to the root of the problem instead of recommend something to simply cover up the symptoms? Being bilingual, open on Saturdays, extremely well educated, & amazing DCs, I HIGHLY recommend Capitol Spine to anyone suffering from musculoskeleton & neruomuscular ailments.
