Chili’s Grill & Bar

Absolutely filthy. Sticky wet liquid on the ch as its and table and menus, kids running around, server on her cell phone, flies EVERYWHERE. Do not go here. The staff could care less about your experience.

Last night I went to Chili’s on Millerville for dinner. I was planning to get the smoked chicken quesadilla because it was so good last time. There was an additional menu with new/​featured items, one of them being a grilled smoked chicken burrito. I figured the quesadilla was awesome so the burrito would be just good or better. I’ve added two photos… one with the menu that has the dish pictured and the other is what I was served.
The burrito came out on a hot plate, but that’s about all that was hot. The chicken inside it was cold and the whole burrito itself was a little warm like it had been grilled maybe for 30 seconds. It almost seems as if they assemble the burrito with cold ingredients before grilling it. I’ve had better grilled things (temperature wise) at Taco Bell. The cheese inside wasn’t even melted. It came with a side of black beans which were lukewarm at best! There was also a pasilla-​honey chile sauce that was supposed to come in the burrito and on the side but it didn’t. I just assumed they were out of the sauce. When I asked the waitress about it, she said she didn’t know it came with sauce and when I showed it to her on the menu she agreed that maybe they were out. I would have liked to try it, but no biggie because I just had her bring some ranch to dip it in. And even with its many shortcomings, it was still pretty good, which is why I gave it two stars. Also for the service, which was great! The waitress was very friendly and attentive.

I was surprised our service was great and the food was fresh. I think it depends on whose on duty in the kitchen but 5 stars

We went on a Friday night and expected service to be a little slow. Boy were we wrong! Our server was attentive, quick, and friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. This location has consistently good service and food. Best Chili’s in town!

I ordered take out from the Millerville location in Baton Rouge, LA tonight (5÷20÷15). It was absolutely disgusting. I have always loved Chili’s, despite the majority people I know detesting it. Having not eaten there in a while, I was craving their California Club sandwich, which has always been very delicious in the past. Boy was I disappointed. First of all, the avocados on the sandwich were not fresh, there was more cheese than turkey, there was NO red onions, no mayo, and there was NO BACON! Bacon totally makes a club sandwich. Not to mention that I couldn’t even eat it as a sandwich because the bread was a soggy, falling apart mess. This was hands down the grossest sandwich I have ever eaten, or I should say, attempted to eat. Totally wasted my money on dinner tonight. And the usually delicious, well seasoned fries were cold, unseasoned, and stale. Guess my boyfriend was right in saying we shouldn’t have eaten Chili’s. This has totally turned me off from eating here again.

Reverse happy hour in the evening — once arrived we sat in the bar — not very busy but appeared not to have too many workers either. Wally waited on us and was very very polite and attentive however it took a while for our entrees to arrive. One ordered a 6 ounce sirloin and I had the chicken/​steak fajitas. We order the 2 can dine for $ 20 and got the onion rings for an appetizer plus the 2 entrees — -the onion rings arrived quickly and were tasty… then we waited — once we received be entrees all wS good again — both qualified as thumbs up — -since there are not many places in the areas open and serving good after 10, this is a plus and will be back

Sadly, like many restaurants, the service at this Chili’s has really gone downhill lately. I went there recently on a Tuesday evening and received no service. A few waiters and waitresses walked by but nobody acknowledged my party. We tried to flag down the hostess, and she guaranteed someone would come. After another ten minutes of waiting, nobody came, and we left. This is most unfortunate as the Millerville Chili’s was among the best Chili’s reataurants in Baton Rouge.

Had a solid experience at this Chili’s. The waitress was very attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. I ordered the lunch portion of the Chicken, Bacon, Avocado Sandwich and a house salad. The sandwich was good and quite filling. The only thing I didn’t adore was the bread. It’s a pretzel bun and it does take a little getting used to. All in all, though, I received exactly what was asked for in a timely manner.

I will say that the service was really good. Other than that the good was terrible, I ordered the combo fajitas and I was extremely disappointed! The steak was cold and there was not much of it and the chicken looked as if if was pieces left over just laying on the grill. I have had terrible experiences at other chilies in the past and was hoping this would make it better but it only confirmed my disappointment with the restaurant. I added a pic of my meal on here, it was taken as soon as it hit my table.

The service is always great! This is such an excellent restaurant. I enjoy the food and the atmosphere. The drinks are great and the happy hour is really well priced.

That was the worst Chili’s experience ever!!! The orders took forever, when they finally arrived, they had forgotten to put mine in! So I had to wait forever AGAIN! to get my food… Never making that mistake again.

Chili’s is a chain. I am not usually a crazy person about chains but it was good. I had a salad and they even put the kind of chicken I wanted on it even though it wasn’t on the menu that way.
I am addicted to the chips and salsa. I don’t know what they do to it.
