The 2 for twenty is a good deal.
I really enjoyed the guacamole, but other that that there is nothing that jumped out as a must have to me. The waitstaff was doing a good job and every one around us seemed happy.
The deserts are where it’s at. The skillet cookie is amazing. I guess it’s worth a trip here just to get that… My kids don’t seem to mind.

My family and I went to Chili’s today after church and I had the worse experience ever!!! For starters my food came out 45 minutes after my appetizer, it wasn’t until the people at the table seated next to me (which came after me) received their food that the server remembered to go get our food. My food was cold, which makes it obvious that it had been ready for a while. The steak was the size of a fifty cents piece… and the 2nd order of potatoes were colder than the first order. A manager came over and apologized for my food being cold, but did nothing about it… Like he seriously should have taken that meal off of my check.
I left there hungry and frustrated! I won’t be going there for food anytime soon. Today was a complete disaster!

Good grief!
I worked here in 09 and refuse to drink the tea out of the urns. It sits all day and gnats nest on top.
The food is ok — its chilis, not much room for creativity.
The service is definitely sub par.

Had the last of my birthday gifts to use before they expired. My choices were limited. Chips and salsa OR dessert! All of the entrees had been devoured, and Big Daddy wanted his birthday ice cream and chocolate lava fudge cake.
Everybody pulled that «we’re too full to eat». No problem, BigDaddy went into survival mold and slurped it all up. Y U M M Y!
And then it happened. The machine would not let me redeem my points. 2 different people from Chili’s try to fix it and couldn’t. The manager professionally did what he is paid to do. He compted the dessert, let me keep my points, and everyone left happy!

I quit coming here years ago because the service always sucked. My daughter wanted to come here for her birthday this year. Nothing has changed. Service still sucks. Between that and mediocre food, there are way better places to eat for the money.

Take out service is horrific!!! Heard one employee have a man on the phone and he was asking if they could push his order time back and she replied it’s already being made it’ll just be nice and cold for you when you get here. Dropped my bag of food on the counter, with a very rude mean attitude. Please hire more friendly customer service. They are awful!!!

If your looking for a late night meal this is your place! Not much is open after 10pm in Denham Springs and this is our go-​to spot.
Good quality is pretty good. I try to eat healthy so all the fried options are out. But the salads and grilled meats are good.
It’s as expected for any CHILI’S location.

The waiter told me they were out of ribs then 10 minutes later he sad they have ribs. My mother and I waited from 7 p.m. until 9 p. m and they finally brought my food. I ordered nachos with beef and they gave me nachos with chicken. I was very highly pissed. I told them take the nachos back and the ribs back as well. This place is racist and only want to wait on white people and don’t want to wait on black people at all and treat black people like they are nothing. This place sucks. I will never ever go there again PERIOD.

My favorite is the southwest egg rolls with avocado ranch. We love to get the triple dipper appetizer and mix different things. It is more food than one person can eat so we usually split it. Flat bread is another good meal. Prices are very reasonable. Kids can play games on the table ziosk for 99cents.

This is about as happening of nightlife as you will find in Denham Springs. I thought the service was decent compared to the other reviewers but then again I haven’t frequented this place but a couple times. The food is an excellent value for the price.

As a franchise, I’ve found their food to be really consistent. Service not so much, but the few times it has been shotty, a manager has apologized and/​or it was forgivable due to the amount of other customers in the place. Drink specials are what I really go for anyway and with the new tablet thingy at the table it’s really easy to request drink refills and order desert. To me, the prices are decent enough to be worth the wait for a server.

Chili’s used to be a fun place to go with friends to have appetisers and drinks. However, as of recently I would not bring my worst enemy. The last time I went was the last straw. It was 1pm on a Monday and the To-​Go orders were the only orders being served. No one inside was getting their food! I ordered the house salad and my mother ordered a chicken sandwich. It took well over an hour to get our food. My mothers sandwich was so cold that the cheese wouldn’t even melt! The waitress ignored our request for honey mustard and brought us more chips when we told her that we were finished. This place has really gone to the dogs.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience at Chilies. Service is poor and the food is lousy. Sorry wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The only reason I rate it a 1 is that 0 isn’t available… really is that bad.

Disappointing! Stopped here on our road trip to Houston. My husband’s burger looked gray and was just warm-​actually didn’t seem fresh-​same with fries-​just warm. Mu boneless wings were good-​just could have been a bit hotter. We were there for lunch, and it wasn’t that crowded, so no excuses!

Really good food. Don’t go on a Friday or Saturday night if you don’t feel like waiting a while! Unless you can be fast and grab a table on the bar side of the restaurant! They are normally really busy though! Great steaks, and burgers!
