Make sure that the salesperson completes the transaction. I went in this store at the beginning of October to raise the limit on my data plan from 1 to 3 gig. I waited for quite a while, asked a few questions and left with what I was assured was a changed data plan to go into effect the next month. I received a text shortly after the next billing cycle began that I had gone over my 1 gig data allowance and would be charged an additional 15 dollars… I called and got the error corrected which was a bit of a pain. Fast forward to November and I need a new cell phone. I will not be getting it at the corporate store even though I will have to drive right by it…
