I have to say Cash is King so i don’t know how their credit bs goes and as far as delivery well yeah make sure that it get setup before you leave. But as far as pricing and having some fair deals they did alright by me. I bought a washer /​dryer and dishwasher it was all scratch and dent stuff but they did me a solid… Thanks Dave and Kee Kee I’ll be back Ed

I purchased an a/​c window unit and also ordered a bunk bed, twin over full, in cocoa finish with a staircase that has drawers in it. They said it would be delivered Saturday, and was very specific about I had to answer the phone when they called or there would be no delivery. Well, there was no phone call. I called them… They said a part hadn’t come in and they couldn’t ship unless they had all of the items. Ok. Didn’t have all the parts to deliver Sunday, either. We work during the week, so weekdays are no good. I cancelled my order… When I went to sign to cancel I had changed my mind… I really wanted this bed. Now, according to them, the order isn’t cancelled until you sign & resign, blah, blah, blah. Well, I never signed cancellation papers because I had changed my mind. I spoke with the store manager to confirm we weren’t canceling and he confirmed, everything was fine, will be shipped the next Saturday. Keeping in mind that you MUST be there when they call, I was home all day Saturday. The day before (Friday,) I receive a call from Conns on my answering machine at home that I must get in touch with them or they won’t deliver… As I was listening to that message, she called again and I managed to answer… She CONFIRMED that my order would be delivered the next day, Saturday, and again saying I had to answer or they wouldn’t deliver. By 2:00pm I had still heard nothing, so I called. The guy looked up my info and said the store manager would have to call me back, and I asked why and he said I’m not on the delivery schedule. I’m fuming at this point… We’ve now wasted almost 2 weekends waiting on this delivery. Store manager calls me back and says it was sent back because of the order being cancelled… Which, to remind you I never officially cancelled it because I never signed anything officially canceling. So apparently it was sent back. Liars. Seriously. Talk to every different person there and they will give you a different answer. I get no apologies, terrible customer support, since no one there knows what the «F» is going on. This place is BS. I will pay off my a/​c as soon as possible and NEVER do business with Conns again.

This place is a complete rip off. Say NO to their Yes money. I filled out an application for credit, and the guy called me and told me that I had been approved for $ 2000 worth of credit. To just come in and b ring proof of income and proof of phone number at my address and be prepared to put 20% down on whatever I chose. So, yeah, I was excited and went down there the next day and after looking around, I decided on an all-​in-​one computer priced at $ 699.99. On the tag it said $ 24/​month payments. So, ok, I could afford that. But when we sat down to do the numbers and paperwork, he came at me with my payments were going to be $ 58 per month. I was like, «why?» The tag said $ 24 a month. He said «oh, that’s if you get LG credit. You are going through our credit». So I asked how many months at $ 58 per month and he told me 18 months!!! That is a total of $ 1044!!! For a $ 700 computer!!! I was like, «are ya’ll crazy??? I can do the math» and everything was suppose to be 0% financing. BIG BAIT AND SWITCH!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!
