There was quite a line when I arrived, they take your name down and there is a list on screen of the next ten to be served. I was around 15th in line and was helped with in less than 10 minutes so not bad at all. It was a much better process than anytime I have to call for support/help for sure.

I hope Cox headquarters, wherever that is, burns to the ground and then is swallowed into a black hole and then eaten by a dragon. I hate everything about this company. I only use Cox b/c my complex won’t let me put up a dish. It will be 11 months until I cancel my service with them and God I can’t wait to make that phone call. A fun bet would be to see if I can make that phone call without grinning like an idiot out of sheer happiness that I don’t have to put up with the ineptitude that is Cox Communications ever again
