This is the only fast food Chinese I trust and enjoy in the city. I’ve been going here for years. The owners always smile at me when I walk in the door. They work hard and late hours. After eating their shrimp fried rice, I have trouble finding others I like. Bad reviews are easier to write than good ones. This one deserves more good reviews.

The service, large portions, and quality here have not changed, I’m happy to report! Egg Roll King is still one of my go-to places for take out Chinese. The family who owns and runs it is very nice, and it is clear to me that they try very hard to make their customers happy.

Worst experience ever the communication with the lady taking our order was horrible we argued several times about the prices on the plates we didn’t even receive a egg roll for our meal or a drink the rice was super bland the seasame chicken was horrible the popcorn shrimp taste like something you buy out the frozen food section and the chicken teriyaki was the worst ever I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy DONTEATATTHEEGGROLLKING

We have been going here for years and it is consistently good and great prices. It is full Menu not just egg rolls and I always get the chicken fried rice. It’s a great place to eat!

Famously mediocre Chinese take-away seems intent on maintaining its reputation. Near my house so every once in a while it’s the thing to pick up when too lazy to go elsewhere. Prices are pretty good, some things less than other Chinese store fronts, but some not so. Egg rolls, for which the place is named, seem actually to be hand made there in the store, but one can never be sure. But they are pretty good, better than most I say. Fried dumplings were packed so tight in their little clam shell that, once we were home, they emerged as a big greasy dumpling mess. Sesame chicken was declared a success by everyone who tasted it. Served, however, with a fried rice that was lousy at best. Reputation notwithstanding, there was a long line at the drive through and steady traffic into the store itself. So it appears that Egg Roll King will endure.
