Tina was a wonderful specialist! She is very knowledgeable about the products she was using. She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through every step she was doing to make sure I felt no pain. I’ve never ever had my legs waxed but I can say I won’t be shaving them ever again, Can’t wait for my next appointment with Tina! Awesome work!

I’ve been coming here since December and this place has changed my life! The Brazilians seem uncomfortable at first but the ladies really soothe and comfort you. The Brazilians are only 15 minutes so you’re in and out really quick. Ditch the razors ladies and gents and let European wax center change your life too! I’ll never go back to shaving again.
P. S. I used to have Garrett do mine, however, she’s no longer there. So now I’m with Alexis and she’s bomb! I highly recommend her.

Lauren provided an excellent service overall. No wait and a very knowledgeable staff. She suggested some products that I have found to be most excellent indeed!

So since my first wax trip, I’ve been going to see Lauren L. there. She is the brow whisperer. My caterpillars have turned into beautiful butterflies and I will never see another waxer as long as I live! This place is super affordable and I’m seriously hooked on their product.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Every waxer I’ve seen has waxed me perfectly. I love the buy 3 get 4 special. This is my go-​to for brow waxes.

The place is nice. Has a nice feel. They took me right back when I arrived. The main thing that causes me to give them the side eye is that when the waxer took me into the room, she did not leave. So I had to drop trow basically in front of her. I thought it was odd as hell and actually stood there waiting for her to do the rudimentary «i’ll be back in a few minutes» but she started mixing the wax and was chilling. It was awkward and decreased the experience. The waxing itself was pretty fast. So this is not the place to come for real shape-​waxing. They clean you up and get you out which is very cool when you need just that. if you already have a waxer who really likes to get «in there» and makes sure your treasure is «Miami» or «valentine’s» day ready with a nice shape, then stick with them for the long haul and maybe just go to EWC for touch ups when you don’t want to look like a wooly mammoth on spa day with the girls.
Upon check out they serve up that infuriating sales pitch for package waxing… just nod your head, say maybe next time and keep it moving.

I had an eyebrow waxing done here. The place has a very upscale feel and the staff is very professional. I was happy to find out that since it was my first visit my eyebrow wax was complimentary! Krystal was my esthetician and her technique was awesome. I highly recommend her! I made a follow up appt before I left!

Appointment was for 430. I made the appointment for that time because I didn’t know Baton Rouge traffic. Ended up arriving at 4:00 there was 3 ladies here. One of which was speaking with the front desk about to leave. After waiting for that conversation. I told her my name and sat, and sat, and sat. I understand there are ppl with appts but I have never had this happened. Asked why I was still sitting when ladies with no appt was seen before me. I had somewhere to be by 5.
Some how my appt was moved and something happened and I was supposed to be with a new wax lady, says the girl in the front.
I didn’t want to hear excuses I wanted my crotch and ass waxed. Not I’m sorry, sorry don’t fix things, sorry doesn’t replace the time I spent sitting in a wax bar looking at walls. Sorry really pisses me off when the room is the size of a jail cell and you can’t realize I have been sitting here for too damn long. I’m sorry that I allowed this place to be apart of my day. Was finally seen at 4:50
The highlight was my waxer Mia she gave me a wonderful wax and I really do appreciate her for apologizing on behalf of the young ladies (which I found out later there new) and the entire European wax center.
But I will say that I’ll get my waxing done back home and I’ll never forget to get it done before leaving again.

I had been doing my waxes at a different salon in BR, but I couldn’t pass up the chance to get my brows done for free (your first wax is complimentary if you book online). It was my first time having my brows done and both the receptionist and my esthetician (Nikki) were super helpful and made me feel relaxed. The entire place is super clean and modern, and Nikki explained every step of the process to me — she even filled in my brows when she was done, and they looked phenomenal. They do try to upsell you their brand of products and their multi-​wax packages (which are actually a good deal), but I found them really polite and not overly aggressive. I had a great experience and have already booked repeat appointments!

I have been a customer at the European Wax Center for two years at the Lafayette location and have had very pleasant appointments every time I have gone there. I have not had a bad nor unpleasant experience with any of my aestheticians. The management and staff are wonderful and would highly recommend to anyone looking for wax services in the area. Mendy has been my favorite aesthetician at the Lafayette location. Very knowledgable and courteous.

The esthetician was very aggressive, practically stabbing me with every hair she tweezed. I had a brazilian wax, I told her to leave some hair on the top and she forgot, leaving me completely hairless. She talked my ear off, so thats probably why she forgot something I told her minutes before. I paid $ 50 for a service I don’t even want. Every employee was forceful with product selling and I couldn’t have had a worst experience at this salon. I will not be back.
