I used to really like Forever21. So much that it was pretty much the only place I shopped. I find it difficult to shop at this location, not because it’s so large– but because of the organization. I don’t know where to even look and nothing catches my eye because everything is on a rack and blends together. There could be more tables where the clothes are laid out, so the place doesn’t look so… Uniform? It’s crowded downstairs, lines are usually long, and little to no employees are on the floor(if there are, it’s very hard to distinguish them from regular customers), and clothes are just. All over. Based off of multiple experiences at this location.

0! FRAUDULENTEMPLOYEES!!! Two of my friends and I went into this store while on a group trip to Baton Rouge over the weekend. The cashier(Jayde) rang myself and one of my friends up while the other cashier(a gay guy) rang the other one up… all at separate times within a 20min window or so. When I checked my bank account two days later I had a fraudulent charge of $ 184. My other two friends also had fraudulent charges($ 112& $ 40). The charges came from an online forever 21 purchase out of Ohio. There definitely is some shady business going on at that register and the employees involved need to be fired ASAP& learn how to make their own HONEST money. I work hard for my money, not for it to be taken away by some children.

There’s a worker here, Robyn, who seriously has an attitude & needs an adjustment ASAP. I dont know if its just with me or evey customer but she is rude. Very rude. All she has to do is check me out and she does it with such a disgusting attitude. Either fake it and pretend to love your job or get a new one. I dread going to the register because I hate being looked at with hate. Robyn, little advice from someone who has worked in retail for a long time… its your job to make the customer feel welcomed not uneasy. Take note.

The last few times I’ve come here I couldn’t even find my section as I am a curvaceous woman who requires plus sizes and the area that usually contains my size has Been jammed packed with clearance items. Id happily inquire if they have gotten rid of that department but there is never any store associates in the upstairs half of the store. Believe me, I’ve searched… Over and over again. No one works upstairs, it’s each shopper on her own. Then there’s the floor. Literally, the floor. There are ALWAYS clothing items ALL over the floor! Like, it’s normalcy. Coming here is more of a hassle than its worth. If you want the pleasure of buying low cost items at your convenience, stick to shopping this store online. Unless you get your jollies rummaging through clothes on the floor…

I always come back to this store because they have cute clothes and really good prices. It can be overwhelming because it’s huge, and I avoid it on busy weekends. But $ 5 sunglasses, $ 3 perfume, $ 27 dress, $ 10 shoes? Can’t beat that. I like their summery dresses. It can be a hassle to dig through the endless racks, but in the end you have a very cute outfit.

I would give them zero. This store refused to refund for defective merchandise even with receipt and tag still on. The blouse my daughter bought has a sleeve not completely sewn on. Store clerk will only give store credit. He told me he IS the store manager and that my daughter should have checked item before she paid for it.(It was a full price item.). What a jackass! I guess they made their $ 17. We will never buy from this store again. How’s that establishing customer loyalty?

This forever 21 is 2 stories and it’s super huge! It was pretty organized,(for forever 21 standards) when I went so I was able to find a bunch of cute clothes.

A large F21 location, but SO crowded and it is such a mess inside. I didn’t see any employees working the floor(just the registers and fitting room). They really need a bunch of people cleaning up at all times because it just gets too out of hand at this location. Clothes were all over the floor and nothing was in it’s place. I’ve been in many Forever 21’s all over the country and have never seen one so messy. But I still managed to buy lots of cute new clothes so I guess it’s not all bad.
