This store is highly organized, sometimes you’ll find some awesome deals(especially after certain holidays) and you can find things you need for crafting, sewing, etc. I used to come here all the time to find embellishments for the bows I made. There are tons of trinkets and art kits for kiddos. Most of the time employees were helpful, when I needed to locate something. It’s located in a huge plaza, so parking is never an issue + there are a bunch of other shops around. I love DIY projects and it’s fun to come to this store to look through all the cool stuff they carry.

I will make this short Black girl in there named Brittany is veryyyyyy lazy & rude. First time customer in there and because of her it was my last, when she is fired I’ll shop there the district manager gave me a $ 20 off coupon because she was so rude and yelling at me but it has been 3 months and I have not used it, If my employee would have done that to my clients I would have fired him or her instantly. F what turnover rates the compamt has… you treat your clients with respect they are the ONLYREASONYOUEXIST!!!

I quit going to JoAnn’s a year and a half ago. Three weeks ago I tried again. I should have never set foot in the store. I had to special order the fabric I wanted. No, that’s not the problem. I needed 22 yards. Here in is where the problem comes in. Not once during the ordering process was I told the 22 yards would be cut. So, when I arrived to pick up my order, I was brought three bolts of 8 yards of fabric. When the employee unrolled on of the bolts it was already cut and the measurement was off from the 6 yards I needed. The manager told me he would find 6 yards of fabric for me and possibly get it to me by Monday. I explained that I expected 22 yards of uncut fabric because no one told me it would be pre-cut. This is a problem because I’m making curtains and the fabric needs to line up to come out right. Hence I would need to purchase even more fabric…$ 400 and no fabric. I refused to take the bolts that were 8 yards because i wouldn’t receive help if they were taken from the store. And no the manager would not give me a refund because it was a special order. $ 400.00ANDNOFABRIC!!! I will never step foot in the store again.

They have a large selection of fabrics. The fabrics are expensive, but usually you can use a 40%-60% coupon. Random fabrics will be 30% off at certain times. Once a year(maybe even more) there is a $ 1 pattern sale. Last bolt is 75% off. They usually always have some fabrics on sale($ 12 will be $ 8/yd), although not at a huge discount. They don’t have a large range of colors for the stretchy jersey fabric, although still probably the biggest range in town. They have a decent range of cotton fabrics. Lining is in $ 3 – 5 range, kind of expensive. Their fur fabric section is small. They have long brown/white/black fur in solid colors. No orange fur. They usually always have a remnants bin that’s 50% off the marked price, fabrics there can be up to 2 yards. Their snap ons are more expensive than walmart’s. Velcro is same cost now. They have a big selection of trims. This is my go to store if I know what I’m looking for is not at Walmart because Walmart is usually cheaper, but with a smaller selection. Joanns has a big range of everything, but it’s all a little more expensive.

This is my go to fabric store! They have an awesome selection of fabrics. Sometimes I do have to wait a while for help but they are usually very helpful once they get to me. I do think they may be a bit understaffed and every now and then I get someone who is not as educated in sewing, but the amount and variety of fabrics brings me back there every time.

I really like this store. They had everything my husband needed to upholster a chair. They also do sewing classes(not my thing) but looks like a good deal.
