There were numerous broke games and rides. The tunnel play center was absolutely filthy. It appeared someone had got sick in there and it was not cleaned up. Staff members were standing around talking verses working. In addition the parking lot had a couple of broken glass bottles and dirty diapers. My concern is this is a germ infestation and not worth the time.

Do I have to give a star? Ok so my kid had fun so that deserves a star, but he’s 2, so you can give him a stick and his day is made. WAYWAY too many people which leads to fights over games. We also waited an HOUR for a one topping cardboard pizza. Don’t go. Don’t ever go. It was my first time there in 30 years and it will be another 30 before I even think of going again.

Every time we go to this place I feel like we are just giving them money. I would say at least a fourth of the games or rides always seem to be broken and the other ones just never do anything when we put the token in. The pizza was ok. One thing I do like is that they stamp the adult’s arm and the child’s arm with the same number stamp so they can make sure the same adult is leaving with the same child. I thought that was a pretty cool idea though I would still never leave my child unattended in this crazy place. Way too many people! We recently went to a birthday party here and they definitely packed in the birthdays. I think they had 5 long tables of 5 different parties squeezed together in one space. There was barely room to walk in between them. All the parties were celebrated simultaneously and it felt very rushed. All of the regular customers were there too in the same room plus the birthday crowds. It was just craziness in my opinion. Though, truthfully, I have never really been a fan of this place, the birthday experience certainly did not win me over. That being said, the kids all seem to love this place and always seem to have fun! Also, whatever happened to that show they used to put on with all the characters?

A third of the games didn’t work at my daughter’s birthday. Staff is trying but overwhelmed. There must be very little support and/or oversight from corporate. Despite this, it’s packed… worst of both worlds=big crowds+dysfunctional equipment. I’d like to try another location just to see if the standards are generally but this one makes it hard to return. It almost goes without saying that the prizes are insignificant for all but expert gamers with a lot of $$$.

Chuck E Cheese is always a favorite of mine. They have games for all types of ages. The food is ok. They are so cheap on the toppings for the pizza. I could see through the cheese and sauce.
