Similar to other Cici’s I’ve been to. We went when it was busy so the pizza was pretty fresh. Great variety of pizza and a surprisingly nice salad bar. Employees seemed pretty nice and cleared our table regularly.

It’s a pizza buffet. Quality is decent, but I always eat way too much and hate myself for the rest of the day.

The floors were pretty dirty as they said in another review. The food was just as good as most Cicis. They do not have a water dispenser so you have to buy water by the bottle. Sit in the back of the store because the front it hotter for some reason

Floors and tables were disgusting, customer service was okay, pizzas were stocked. It was just really dirty, and hot. It wasn’t very busy, so they had no reason to not clean

«Low-quality pizza». Pizza flying out in all sorts of directions and all you need to pay is $ 5 to grub-all-you-want. The price you pay is definitely a reflection of the quality of the pizza. I was actually looking forward to eating here because I good things about it from other friends. If you want watered-down cheese on your pizza, low-quality ingredients, then this is the place for you. Frankly, I would much rather find an on-line deal for another pizza chain and order a pie that is a couple bucks more with far better quality. Actually, my favorite pizza of the bunch was the dessert pizza… a cinnamon bun in pizza form… now that was something to write home about. «Dear Mom — I was reminded of your fresh cinnamon rolls today, when I had some pizza today». Me and my daughter came here because we were trying to kill time before she had an event to go to. The place was huge, definitely great for groups and a family dinner, if you are a fan of CiCi’s pizza. If you are a member of Sam’s Club or Costco, please do yourself a favor and skip this place and head there for some pizza! * Pizza * Great for Groups * Great for Children * Huge Dining Area *

If I could give this place one star I would. I went to the Siegan Lane location, only to be told the pizzas that we ordered were not ready yet. We had waited in line about thirty minutes already. The man just put the pizzas in the oven when we arrived. We asked to talk to the manager, a man named Lan. The girl told us that he doesn’t usually talk to customers. When he finally came to talk to us he was rude and did not tell us that he was sorry for what happened. He offered no resolution. No one was wearing gloves in the entire kitchen and there was someone with no gloves on putting onions on the salad bar with his bare hands. When our pizza was finally ready it was dumped in a to go box and given to us just like that. The manager told us that we could wait five more minutes for another pizza, but did not say he was sorry. He also tried to grab my phone out of my hand because I was taking pictures of the pizza and the guy dumping the pizza into the box. He cursed at my mother. There were also flies everywhere, and some of the pizza on the bar looked undercooked.

Pizza Pizza Pizza! I love pizza. This isn’t the greatest pizza in the world, but there are so many choices! I start off with a mundane salad and nasty ranch dressing(no faux bacon bits b/c they give me burps). Then I hit the ‘za. Tons o flavors. Sometimes they’ll pull out a pie from under the table, and even though it’s new, it’s cold… I don’t like that. I have to resist the urge to just push the whole thing onto the floor. «Oops…I guess you’ll have to make a HOTONE.» As is my advice for all buffeterias, go when it’s busy. That way they are always refreshing(you can also use the F5 key on most Windows pc’s) and the food is hot.
