Only one star because there is no way to give 0 stars. The second to last time we ate here it was bad(cold food, bad service, and okay management. This time around was are last time. Our waitress was not really able to handle more than one table or task at a time, the«managers» were doing the waiter/waitresses duties too, each manager came and checked on the table, and our food was nothing like it used to be, meaning Canes chicken would’ve been far better. Onward into the reveiw. 30 min. After we’ve been seated our waitress comes to tell us she’ll b right back. «Not a problem.» We thought. About 15 minutes later she comes to get our drink order. Simple 4 teas the same and one root beer. About 10 – 14 minutes later drinks and rolls arrive. «The rolls quickly disappeared.» Finally we get to order our food,“for the sake of this being as short as possible I’ll just say she had trouble with the ordering.” Than another 30 minutes later after her showing attitude to us asking,“how much longer, cause we were going to a movie.” our food arrived. If you don’t want to be too full and enjoy a lot of yummy calories, you’d like the place. The fries were thin in size and portion, as we’re the ribs. In conclusion Me and my family sadly mark this once great restaurant off the list of good and on to the«please don’t let us eat here again.» List

Went to Logan’s tonight on bluebonnet in BR. After waiting for about 29 minutes for a table, we were seated. Told our drink orders and asked for bread. STILLWAITINGFORTHEBREAD. My husband orders ribs. Was told they were OUTOFRIBS, OUTOFSIRLIONS, OUTOFRIBEYES, OUTOFBREWSKIONIONS, OUTOFCHICKENFRIEDSTEAK. CRAPONLOGAN’s. Left out and went to Texas Roadhouse and had a delicious meal. If they were out of all that food they should have shut down for the night. There is not more of a choice on the menu to get. Logan’s has lost a customer and corporate will be hearing. About this. If there were NEGATIVESTARSTHEYWOULDRECEIVETHATINSTEADOFONESTAR. This is not the first time we have had a horrible experience there. We went back a few times and it keeps getting worse and worse. Fast food is better and a selection is better than LOGAN’s. Never will they see our face there

To start I would probably rate 2 ½ but… The food was actually very good. The filet was cooked perfect to order and of course it’s hard to go wrong with a baked potato loaded with butter cheese and sour cream. The rib trio was surprisingly good with a nice blend of different taste of ribs. The ribs were fall of the bone tenet and edible. The service was below average at best. The waitress was friendly but lack of attention to need and details was disappointing to say the least She dropped off my salad on the corner of table in passing and did not even pause to ask if we needed anything Someone different dropped off the main course as if they were being put out of the way My server Wales past a couple of times without even asking if need anything as the beverage glass sat empty Overall it wasn’t too bad because the food was good and timely. But as in most venues customer service is dying

Out of my past 3 visits, I’ve only had a perfect dining experience once. The first time my order was wrong and took forever. The 2nd time it was perfect. This time I walked out because no one would take my to-go order despite 5 – 6 people standing around.

We came here to use our free burger and fries coupon but the sign on the door stated that they were out of free burgers and to try again the next day! Many people were walking away disgruntled and disappointed. Me and my sis decided to dine in anyway. Their hot, fresh rolls are awesome! Our server was nice and friendly. She apologized and empathized on how poorly mishandled the promotion was. We got our food a while later and everything was up to par. This place has been hit or miss lately with the service! But people seem to enjoy the free peanuts and bread.

So far not off to a good start. I came in from the pouring rain to be ignored by 3 people at the hostess stand… no one was waiting. Once I walked up and stood directly in front of the stand I got some help. They seemed put out that I wanted a booth over the tables by the bar and I waited at least 10 minutes before someone came to get my drink order. I have to say my server is being very nice and attentive now that she has come around. The food was good but not outstanding. The waitress was great especially given the negative tone prior to her coming on to the scene.

Worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time. When we entered the restaurant we waited at the hostess podium for 5 min while the employees were all gathered together the kitchen. I noticed a employee sitting by the door and asked her(Ashton) if we should seat ourselves. Ashton the replied that she would punch in and seat us. The waitress promptly took our drink order. When we began to order the food the waitress was not familiar with the menu. Our table ordered three steak dinners all medium 2 with salads. The steaks arrived before the salads and were well done. The waitress took 2 of the steaks back. After about 5 minutes I asked Ashton if she could take back the last steak. The manager came over and said he would correct the problem and gave the excuse of there being new people in the kitchen. When the bill came out I noticed the charged me for a filet/rib combo when I had a sirloin/rib combo. The manager came over again to correct the bill and stated your server has only worked here for 5 days and she told me she was ok to be by herself but he thinks she needs more training. The restaurant was not busy at all there were only 2 other tables with customers. Staff were sitting at tables on the other side of the restaurant watching tv. The only good thing was Ashton who helped us and was not even our waitress.

I wish I could give them 0 stars!!! This place is HORRIBLE! From the waiter who rarely checked on us, had to request silverware, & refills to the terrible food they attempted to serve us. I ordered my usual steak salad & it was beyond disgusting. The steak was supposed to be medium well & it was charcoal burnt. I requested the manager to come out & he was beyond rude. He attempted to argue with me about the steak being fresh after I told him it wasn’t & it had to be sitting under the warmer since lunch. This was my first time eating at this location & my last. I wouldn’t recommend this location to my enemy!!!

I should have heeded the Unilocal warnings about the slow service and meh food but I didn’t so hopefully you will heed my warning. We went on a Saturday night so I expected for a bit of a wait but 20 minutes to sit at the table, 10 minutes for drinks, and almost 45 for food. Waitress wasn’t impolite but not attentive, and she only had 4 tables and never refilled our drinks. The table behind us had to send back their ribs because they were undercooked and the table next to us didn’t have silverware or drinks for at least 10 minutes and he got his side salad before his drinks. The waitresses had to bus their own tables and no one was in a hurry to do anything. The problem here is most likely mismanagement and lack of staff than the staff themselves. Would not go back, would not recommend.

Myself, my husband and 3 kids decided to dine here on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25th. Big mistake. We were not greeted at the door. About after standing at the host station for 7 minutes we were finally asked if we had been helped and seated. Our waiter took our drink orders immediately and they were brought back in a timely fashion. We gave the waiter our app order and food order. The appetizer took 27 minutes to come out. Which seems like an excessive amount of time for me. The appetizer was just ok. The fired pickles were not crispy, they were mushy. Our entrees took an additional 32 minutes to come out to the table after the appetizer. I ordered a steak that was overcooked and had to be sent back. My son ordered a chicken sandwich that was missing items he added to it. My husband ordered a steak that was undercooked from what he ordered, he did not send it back because he was so hungry he just decided to eat it as it was. Lastly, my daughter ordered a salad and it was correct. My steak came out again after another 23 minutes, and this time it was undercooked. I was so hungry by this time I decided to eat it, but did let the waiter know that it was still not right. My sons chicken sandwich came out right the second time. After we received our appetizer we did not see our waiter again and had to ask random wait staff walking by for drinks. Once our entrees were delivered we saw him only one other time for refills on drinks and things we needed and then again when it was time for the bill. He brought the bill and I gave him 4 gift cards with $ 25 on each of them. 13 min later he came back to the table saying he ran them and 2 of them had a zero balance. So I gave him my cc. While he was gone, I reviewed the receipts he brought and went on the website to check the gc balances. 2 of the gift cards still had $ 25 on them and via the receipts he had ran 2 of them multipal times. Why he didn’t notice this is beyond me. So I asked for a manager when he finally returned. The manager voided my cc transaction and fixed the rest of the bill with the gift cards. This is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a restaurant. I will NEVER recommend this Logan’s to anyone. And my family dines out at least 3 times a week and am asked tons of time, places to recommend. This will not be one of them.

I’ll give it 3 stars because the waitress was nice. The steak wasn’t of quality. But lobster wasn’t too nice either. The mango tea is ok. Everything is just kind of meh.

Met up with a friend for a quick brew to show off my haul from the mall. I’m not a fan of greasy diner style places but my friend loves it. She ordered the Loaded Baked Potato skins sans bacon bits. I gotta say if I was a teenager again and had no fear of coronary disease this cheese laden crispy potato concoction would be a favorite. Sadly my teenage years have long since past but I did try a few. It’s kinda like trying to turn away from a train wreck once you start. You know you shouldn’t be eating this but it goes so well with the cold beer and conversations with childhood friends. The beer was cold, the staff was friendly and those loaded potato skins were tasty. I enjoyed my first time at Logan’s Roadhouse but didn’t find it the kind of place I would frequent. If I were a lover of red meat and blaring country music things might be different.

Went here the other day. Had to wait 30 minutes for a booth. Got seated at a booth that had a burnt out light fixture. Ordered a rare steak, got it raw. Overall horrible and, except for one exceptional waiter, that wasn’t ours, this place really deserves LESSTHANONE star.

Came here because we were near the mall and needed low carb menu options. Big mistake. Waited forever to be seated(not crowded), and as I write this, we’re well past 30 minutes on food. Completely unacceptable. To our server’s credit, she’s stopped by and apologized 3 times, but at this point apologies aren’t helping the situation. Definitely will not be back here. UPDATE: annnnnd they got the food wrong. Wow.

I’ve had it with Logan’s! I used to visit for lunch about once a month, as it is close to my office. I don’t know what caused it, but they have been on a steady decline for at least the past year. If they’re not they’re taking twice as long as claimed to fill your order, they’re getting your order wrong, even omitting key items like fish. A couple days ago, I placed an order for the country fried chicken fingers and fries from the appetizer portion of their menu. The fingers were so overdone, they were dark brown in color and hard as a rock, and about half of it was completely inedible. The fries were soggy and cold. I wish I could post pictures. I was taking what some would call a late lunch: about 1:45. My suspicion is that my order was sitting around for a while, possibly since the lunch rush earlier. It was probably someone’s messed up order! So, needless to say, I will not be returning to Logan’s, and I DONOT recommend you do either. Don’t waste your money or your lunch break!

Definitely not my favorite! They got the order wrong on mine and my mom’s order and the food just really was not all that great. Though the server was really nice and the bread rolls were tasty but overall it is not a place I would return.

Decent dining, I would return here, but they ned to work on some things. The service was attentive, and worked hard to fill in the glitches as they happened. The ribs I had were tender, tasty and well prepared. The grilled shrimp was also tasty, but a little overcooked. My wife’s steak was done well, but it tasted like a lower grade of steak than we are accustomed to. This place has an over-managed, corporate feel. The grade of raw ingredients not quite up to par for Louisiana, staff seems overworked, scurrying around taking and modifying orders, overselling in a pushy sort of way. Manger is all over the place«granting favors for oversights», checking on people, plates and customers. There is a lot of motion for little movement. The décor is late twentieth century sports bar. A Madison-Avenue rendition of a roadhouse. As a place to catch a game, have a decent meal it fits the bill. Not really a dining experience. Good selection of standard cocktails and beer, but no wine selection outside of «pineapple champagne». It feels a bit rushed, like the manger has a stopwatch on each table to measure turnover. I prefer a relaxed dinner, and not feel like a contestant/statistical data point. Get head office outta there and Logan’s could be first-rate. The metal bucket for peanut shells is a nice touch, less barbaric. The peanuts were fresh, salty and a nice way to start dinner.
