I enjoy shopping here for clothing as well as home décor. I usually find something good to add to my wardrobe. The prices are reasonable. The variety of brands and the quality of the items sold here is what I like. The associates keep the store stocked with new merchandise. Some areas of the store can be a little messy. The few associates I’ve asked for help were nice. Cool alternative to mall shopping at the mall.

Great selection of shoes. There prices are really reasonable. They put out clothes almost everyday. They have a nice selection of kids clothes. The lines can be somewhat long.

Great selection of items… LOVELOVELOVE their cookware selection… but the cashiers are very slow and act like their time is the only one that matters.

Granted, the people are nice here, but they were the slowest people alive during my only time here. I had roamed through their various aisles of random clothes that looked to be Goodwill worthy, but nothing that was super appealing. I ended up going for a pair of Kenneth Cole cuff links that didn’t even have a box but were presented on display anyways. I figured for less than $ 10 it was worth buying and ended up getting them. I later found a better pair(with a box) at next door Burlington Coat Factory, and had to come back here to return the item. The return line was as long as the Nile, I was stuck waiting for almost 30 minutes for one person in front of me. The problem? The counter clerk kept going back and forth to the inventory room to see if she could find a match for the damaged piece of clothing the customer in front of me was trying to return. That’s dedication, but I’ll be damned if it didn’t drive everyone waiting insane. By the time it was my turn, she gave me a «Don’t worry sweetie, I’ll be fast.» After clinking around with her register for roughly 5 minutes, she ended up asking a manager to come ask me why I didn’t have a box for my cuff links. I ended up showing her a receipt and they eventually took back the item. I ran out of the Marshall’s in a fit of rage, but I have a feeling they’re doing this to keep people from having to return stuff any time. Very tricky.
