I love the eclectic style and the people here are super nice. I purchased a small table and I love it. The rustic style suits my taste and the piece is well made but a bit pricey. I can’t say it’s close to Lexington quality but it’s good quality. A lot of the pieces they sell you are paying for the creative shabby chic look not the construction. You have to really browse the shop because there are pieces in every corner and behind things too. And do take your time to choose because all sales are final! No returns! PERKS: You can take in your pooch if you are on the way to or just came from Petco and they allow shopping carts. I really don’t see how a shopping cart could maneuver through the maze but if you want to try it they won’t stop you.

I went to Nadeau with the intention of buying a office desk and a coffee table that I previously saw in the store. The office desk was easy to locate, but I had problem finding the coffee table. I ask for help and Ashley was able to help me find it. She was very knowledgable about the inventory and very friendly. I would say my experience with Nadeau was very good. They have good, unique selections of furnitures. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back!!!

I wasn’t overly impressed with this place. They have cute stuff, I guess, but the«variety» was really lacking. We were looking for a few things — a standard nightstand, bar stools, etc. — for an apartment, but found a lot of their stuff to be the same, just painted different colors. There wasn’t anything really unique, though. It looked like quality furniture that had been bought at an estate sale and painted fun colors. I’m not against that, of course, but I’d rather do it myself than pay retail for it to look like a DIY piece. I will say that it did look like quality stuff, though. I didn’t see any pressed wood or anything. I just don’t see myself ever buying something here.

Love everything time to come back ! My only complaint was that, they were going to see if could adjust wine glass holders so the could actually hang but they never called back to do it ! Love the piece though

Interesting collection here. I can’t help but think that they are finding old stuff, throwing some paint on it and then distressing it for that shabby chic look. I guess if you can’t do it yourself, this is the place for you. There was some eclectic looking things and some un-eclectic as well. I was disappointed when I knocked on a couple dining room tables that appeared to be solid wood but were actually hollow. $ 550 for a dining room table that toddler can lift is a little pricey for me. If you have a distinct idea for a space to decorate, this would be a good place to come. I only popped in b/c it was new and didn’t really see anything that jumped out at me. Still, support local business and come spend some money.

I absolutely adore places that enjoy stepping out of the box. Nadeau is furniture place that just opened in Baton Rouge in a hot, new plaza that is filled with some hip establishments. As I walked into the store, the one thing that ran through my mind was«organized mass chaos». Some may not appreciate the personality that leaps out of this store and will just see it as an unorganized mess. If you concentrate on the originality and uniqueness of each of the pieces showcased at this store, you will soon forget how chaotic the arrangement of the store may be. Take some time to walk around and get a feel of how each piece was handcrafted and well thought out… let it speak to you. Even though you may go into a store and strictly look at price(which I believe these pieces are all very fairly priced), you may want to look at it from a completely different perspective… like this: wow, these are some exotic-looking pieces, I am surprised they are priced so generously. Anyway, since I was just window shopping and not necessarily in the market for new furniture, i wanted to take a look around for the times I become desperately seeking a re-do /refresh for a part/all of my home. Whether you are looking for fresh, contemporary, rustic and/or vintage looks for you furniture needs, this place is definitely worthy of your footsteps!

Cute selection. Good prices. Dogs allowed inside. There is a ton of stuff in this store so u might have to unstack to get to something you like, but everything is visible. It’s neatly done. They mainly have night stands, coffee tables, dressers and chairs so don’t come here looking for a couch and mattress. It’s mainly wooden products.

Has a really nice selection of eclectic furniture, whick seems to be the«thing» right now. The space is not really large, so I guess they decided to stack furniture to fit more in. Not a bad idea, but does make for some cramped maneuvering. I think the pieces were of good quality and the prices were fair for what I could see. Nothing needed on this trip, but glad for the stop to give ideas for the future. Oh, and you can bring in you pooch if going to the Petco next door.
