Whatever you do, please DONOT do business with this location. You know that saying fool me once shame on me, fool me twice shame on you? Well that sums of my experience with this pizza hut. I’ve given them two times and both times I regretted ever doing business with them. Pizza was always made wrong. Asked for crunchy thin crust, not burnt all over. Then I ordered some breadsticks and even they were hard as a rock. I’m not sure what’s wrong with this facility but they have serious issues. Save your coins and go to Dominos on Jones Creek or Airline. Now they know how to make amazing pizzas.

I ordered 2 pan pizzas and some wings on Sunday night. Expecting a normal delivery time(45−1hr) I placed the order and waited! I called an hour later(which was 30 min before close) and inquired about my order. The individual who answered said that I could expect the order in 2HOURS! What, what??? I immediately asked why they would accept an order for delivery if the wait time was going to be 3 hours! That’s ridiculous! So I asked to cancel my order and hung up sad and hungry. Instead I ate something else at home and got my son and I ready for bed! Fast forward to 45 min after my phone call with said Pizza Hut, my dogs are barking and doorbell ringing! Not expecting anyone I answer the door annoyed to see my order standing at the door! I almost took it and now I wished I did cause I’m starving but what kind of customer service is this??? Really disappointed with this place, I use to work at a pizza joint back home and this is unacceptable! Very sad pizzaless customer

Absolute worst pizza service ever. If you are not forced to come to this neighborhood Pizza Hut then DONT! I ordered ahead and was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived to a nightmare, the place which isn’t dine-in was full of customers waiting for their food. Several of their orders were given to other customers or not made at all. Once I made it to the front of the line, I paid and was told they had to re-make my order. As I stepped back, the lady trying to manage some order to the other individuals that seemed lackluster and unapologetic about these mishaps shouted no it’s ready. I then ask for packets of Parmesan and Red Pepper, the cashier reaches down and then says, «oh we must be out.» Almost an hour for a personal pan is not worth it, especially with such terrible customer service. Hire people that actually care about their customers and have an ounce of sensibility about themselves at work! DONOTCOMETOTHISLOCATION! I wouldn’t take the chance or wouldn’t want you to waste your time and effort!

I ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza, and an hour later they brought me a COLD cheese pizza. I called to ask for a refund and they said«it said no pepperoni.» My question to them was«why would I order a pepperoni pizza with no pepperoni, why didn’t someone call me to ask this simple question? I wasn’t going to say anything at all, until I realized the pizza they did bring me was cold, which took them an hour to make… a cheese pizza??? I asked her to call her driver to tell her to bring my $ 17 back, the woman on the phone didn’t say anything, I had to say«hello?» to see if anyone was still on the line. we hung up and I wasn’t convinced she was going to do anything, so I called back to speak to a manager and the same lady said«this is she» then I asked«did you call your driver?» She replied«she doesn’t have a cell phone, I’ll have to tell her when she gets back.» We hang up again and I’m still not convinced she was going to do anything, so I just go there myself, which only took 4 minutes(why was my pizza cold?) I get there and I tell the man at the counter about the situation and he then get an attitude about this happening often, and I’m wondering… how many people to you piss off when they order a pepperoni pizza and get cheese? No once did they ever try to take my frustration away, they only added to it!!! I just will never go back and I hope I turn others away with this review.

So I called to order my free Cheesy bites pizza from the previous time that they didn’t make my pizza right but they didn’t have that type of pizza anymore so I ordered the Stuffed Crust which was pizza was supposed to have extra cheese, extra sauce, mushrooms, pepperoni, bacon and beef. We get our pizza & guess what? No beef ! Come on Pizza Hut ! This was the comped pizza for not getting my order right to begin with & then this one’s going to be messed up too? I called & talked to the manager(I forgot her name but it was a lunch) and she told me to bring the pizza back & they would make me another this point I was just hungry & it was lunch time so I new they were really busy so I just ate some of it. Later I went back and showed her the pizza & how it was missing the beef & she apologized made us a new one and even gave us a free 2 liter of Sierra Mist for us having to come back again. The pizza was done very quickly since we were waiting.(I think it only took 10 minutes) I decided to revise my review bc of the manager. She was very professional, nice, apologetic and her customer service was great, not all managers are like that.
