Customer service is great. Great shrimp burger. Went in for the first time and the staff helped me out alot. Got exactly what i wanted. Had great conversation while waiting for food. You can see the food cooked in front of you so you knw its fresh.

This place use to be my go to when I wanted a homemade burger. However things have changed. I ordered to go today and it was hard to hear them on the phone. When I asked for the shrimp burger they said they were out of shrimp (this has happened before) so I chose a cheese burger. The people who work there is not as pleasant as those who previously worked there. (I’ve been going for the past five years) Before we really confirmed that they received the order or even how long it will take, they hung up. I went to pick up the food and asked for bacon since it will being made and I told them about the phone call. All they said was that they can hear the people on the phone but the other end can’t hear well. Once I got the burger, the bun was a little hard, not enough cheese and they use turkey bacon. Nonetheless it was ok but not as juicy as they claim to be. I just hope this was just an off day.

I give it 3 stars because the burger tastes good but my experience was not. We arrived on a Friday night and ordered 3 shrimp burgers. And when it arrives I was highly disappointed with what I saw. There was only 3 half shrimp on the burger. I have been here before and it was loaded. I asked the worker and she said that they were out of shrimp and split what they had between the 3 burgers. They should have told me what was going on instead of trying to hide it and maybe we would not notice. After and only after I complained she offered to call the manager to refund the $ 2 per burger for the shrimp. I only received $ 1 per burger back. I may or may not be back I have decided.

Great food! However, if you order thru Unilocal or Eat24, they charge you the wrong menu prices. For instance, the poboys are only $ 6.09, not $ 9.

I love this place!!! The burger combos are GREAT indeed. This ain’t one of these franchise places that don’t care for their customers; they actually do here. Right next to the LSU campus helps out a lot to.

There is a great variety of Burgers, PoBoys, and Salads at Roul’s. It’s located right next to LSU’s Northgate, so it’s perfectly located for LSU students and Tiger enthusiasts! With constant daily deals for their great food, Roul’s is the perfect place to satisfy your appetite!

One person behind the counter on a Sunday. Had a shrimp poboy that was so skimpy on the shrimp. See 29th photo posted. Not tasty. All burgers were sitting in a container premade. Where did the classic Raul’s go?

Disclaimer — I didn’t actually eat here. But when I came in with large party of seven, the single staff member on hand knew she was overwhelmed, but rather than politely admitting it and pointing us to the nearby dining options, she got snappy to run us off. Also menu looked ugly, place looked dirty. I went there due to recommendation from area old-​timer who’s moved, so apparently it was once good, but has now gone to shit.

This place is trashy and nasty. It used to be my favorite burger spot. Roul has a history of hiring worthless and trashy strippers to work at his locations. I came from Houston today and called to place a order, the ghetto hood rat working at the register was on her cell phone and would not pick up the work phone to take orders. I walked in notice she didnt wash her hands and I left. Smh

I love Roul’s Deli located next door to the Chimes and Barcadia.
They add lots of delicious seasoning and the burgers are big.
They come with fries and a huge drink. Sometimes they are not open even when they are supposed to be, but other than that they are amazing.

We stopped here while traveling to enjoy some hopefully good eats and refreshments. I was excited to try the shrimp topped burger. What I actually got was a very average burger, and one sofa from the fountain, because the fountain was in the process of being refilled the entire time we were dining. We were offered canned soda; the owner was extremely nice and friendly, he knows about good customer service and making his patrons feel welcomed.
