Best phở in Baton Rouge and great Banh Cuon (Steamed Flour Cakes). We got the house special with minced pork, ham and potato toast. The phở broth is the best I’ve had outside of the west bank in New Orleans. Interesting drink menu: I love the Nuoc Soda Chanh, the fresh squeezed lemonade with club soda. Can’t wait to go back and try the Che 3 mau (red bean, green mung bean, jelly and coconut milk over ice) Very friendly, family run place. Cash only.

Roach on the table. A very much alive and active roach was hiding in the condiments on our table as we were sat. The waitress attempted to flick it off the table with my menu. We walked out.
Pretty terrible experience. If there are roaches out on the tables, how clean do you think the kitchen and hidden areas are?
