Man don’t do it. Not the experience I was looking for to bring a new friend. Slow slow service so-so food and I think they use a German Shepard or goat to clean the plates there. Took 4 tries to get a clean plate… I always enjoy the 3rd street location…(not sure if it’s because I’ve been drinking)…so I gave this location a shot

I will definitely be stopping here next time I pass thru Baton Rouge. The Italian sausage was a great blend of spicy and sweet. Made to order with fresh ingredients too. The music is 80s and 90s mix witch enhances the atmosphere.

Pizza was excellent and they were showing the Saints game. I bet it can get really loud really quickly. The acoustics are terrible. The service was great and our server kept our drinks full. Easy access to and from the freeway means I’ll stop more often when passing through Baton Rouge!

We thought the name was fun so we popped in and found a lot of people were still there at 11:30pm, which made since considering they post that they’re open til 2am. Our server was VERY slow to get out drinks and food order. Once she did, we waited a long time for our food. We ordered a salad as an appetizer, but I came after we received our pizza. The pizza was super greasy/buttery, like no pizza either of us had ever had. It appeared that they ran out of the salad dressing and tossed our salad in olive oil instead. Just after midnight, many people left and we were the last people there. Our server came over a couple times to see if we had left a card for our tab despite the fact we hadn’t finished our food. They promptly closed early after we left. Snapshot: Food: 2, Service: 2, Environment: 3

Overall it wasn’t bad, but it seems to lack a true identity. The pizza was okay but the service was a little slow. Great place to watch a game, but nit sure you would want to bring kids. College vibe, but a little too far from campus for that. I hope it does better…

Stopped with a friend on a Wednesday and the place was pretty dead, so don’t go for the atmosphere. Order the meaty pizza. It came out hot and ingredients seemed fresh. Staff was very friendly. Parking a little sketchy under the overpass.

I went here with some co-workers for lunch. We ordered the knots app, I had the Rustico Wrap, one co-worker had the My Big Fat Greek pizza and the other had the Chicken Caprese panini. Overall, we were very pleased with our meal. Everything was fresh and piping hot. I really enjoyed the knots with a side of ranch and the marinara sauce that comes with it. The wrap comes with spicy and sweet Italian sausage however I don’t normally eat Italian sausage but I decided to give it a spin. I have to say it was very delicious I would definitely get it again. I came here with low expectations and left feeling glad we came here. I will be back for lunch again some day.

Pizza sports bar nothing special but relaxing pizza is good but like most the cheese lacks taste I loved the crust prices are moderate wait staff is friendly and attentive the beer is flat tried several different types and all flat ended up getting a can of beer some bars can’t get carbonation and right and this place was the worse so I rate this between a one and two

If you like a greasy pizza on a thin crust, then this is the place for you! If you like relatively good looking wait staff that spends most of their time joking and playing with each other at the bar or hostess stand, then this place is for you! That’s not to say your needs aren’t met, as far as service is concerned. It’s just very evident that these young ladies approach this job as more of a hangout than a place to make money. That’s all well and good… but I waited tables for years and the money is the only reason I came to work. HUGE T.V. Rotating drink specials. Mediocre pizza. Aloof waitrons. I come here more than I like to admit. I never leave saying«Well, that was a wonderful experience».

Schlittz is the shit. It’s pretty well known that they have good pizza, but the wraps are where it’s at. The KC wrap with BBQ sauce, grilled chicken, and jalapeños is awesome. The rustico wrap is great too. They serve their beer in little 10oz frosty mugs. I actually prefer that, because the beer doesn’t have time to get warm before you’re done. The food being good isn’t my motivation for the 5 star review. The servers/management/cooks are all great. You can tell they love their jobs. They’re friendly, attentive, and down to earth. It’s a laid back atmosphere. The overpass area is constantly evolving and Schlittz is a stop you have to make.

Pizza is really good. I’ve always had good service as well. Great place to meet friends and enjoy a COLD one. One drawback, parking is awful.

Decent place. Good location. From being out of state, it was a relaxed atmosphere, decent service. The knots are really good!!! Pizza, their creations could be a little more interesting. Wasn’t impressed with the menu but I don’t think that’s their goal anyways. Decent beer, they should really have the list with the menu. It would be easier for the server. Or at least posted up somewhere in large text visible from the tables. Would be a good place to watch a game, lots of TVs and one giant screen.

The food here is excellent. I ordered a wrap, and my friend ordered the same style meal but in pizza form. They portion sizes were larger than I had originally anticipated so it satisfied our hunger very quickly. We enjoyed their knots garlic appetizer plate as well. They were delicious when paired with the ranch and marinara sauces; I only wish that their knots were a little bit more garlic-y. The service was also great. The servers were friendly and were very accommodating. I recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to go for Schlittz and giggles

This place saves me from having to drive to Taco Bell or Jack In The Box every time I go out around the Perkins Road Overpass area, which is a few(too many) times a week. One slice of pizza from the spinner will ensure you aren’t hungover the next day. Also, the service is great, and staff members always offer to «fire up» a fresh pizza if the slices have sat too long in the heat. To which I always respond with something like, «It’s 11:30 p.m., I promise I won’t notice the difference.» The one problem is I usually wake up to tomato sauce on my seat and an oily steering wheel because I can’t wait to get home to eat! I do wish they had a bigger bar, but other than that, a fun place to eat and drink!

If you like greasy delicious pizza, being fat and happy, or eating so much that you list the pros and cons of both driving home or just sleeping there in the booth, then this place is for you! If you care about your six pack abs, know what a carb is, or prefer to eat a salad and act like you’re full, then don’t bother coming here. Seriously, the pizza is awesome and it’s a great atmosphere to go grab a beer or 7. Beware, it is fairly warm inside there with all the ovens and lack of a/c. Also, the draft beer sizes are 10oz and 34oz, quite a difference in sizes

Mmmmmmeaty pizza was really good; very thin, saucy, meaty 18 inch pizza. They have 32 oz mugs, screens all around to watch games. The 16 ft + projector screen is more for show, it’s too dull to really enjoy the game and It may look better at night. Waiters check up on you frequently which is great if you have a big party who need constant refills/ordering food throughout a game.

So not impressed. Boyfriend and I went on a Friday night. We were one of 2 tables in the restaurant at the time we ordered. Our order(a single large pizza) took about 30 minutes to come out. While I did like the style of the pizza — thin crust, the toppings spread all the way out to the edge so you’re not left with big thick dry hunks of crust — the pizza itself was ok, but not great. The rustico is incredibly bland. The onions were sliced into whole rings and seemed to be piled onto only one corner of the pizza. We had to ask for marinara sauce to dip the pizza into so there was some flavor in each bite. The atmosphere was incredibly lacking. There is an obnoxiously large projector screen taking up half of the wall on one side of the room and of course it and every other TV there is blaring a football game. It was 40 degrees outside and they had the(obnoxiously large) ceiling fan going so it was freezing in the place. I run hot and am the queen of hot flashes, so if I am cold it is really legitimately cold in the place. The other patrons in the restaurant completely ruined my experience. When we arrived, the only other table in the restaurant had a brat that was screaming/crying half the time. After we were seated, two couples came in with their gaggle of half a dozen brats and the waitress seated them right next to us. So between the football and the kids running around acting like little idiots, it was not an enjoyable experience for us.

Second pass on the Schlitz and Giggles was much better. Knots are delicious. Pizza by the slice is generous and cheap during happy hour.

I’ve been here a handful of times and it is, thus far, my favorite pizza restaurant in town. The pizzas are made with thin crusts always have just the right amount of toppings. They have some fantastic specialty pies such as their margherita, the big fat greek pizza, the rustico. Yes, it’s a bit greasy, but pizza does that sometimes. I, personally, like it. My favorite item on the menu… knots. They always come out hot, fresh, garlicky, and tasty. Do I really like this place? Yes. Do I LOVE it? Meh. No, I’ve had better… Just not here in Baton Rouge. Although there is a pizza place I’ve been told to try(some local cash-only joint), I just haven’t made it there yet. For those who drink, they have a cool table tap system so you can sit at a high top table and pour your own beer at your own pace while you watch the game.
