This doctor is an awful human being and her nurse is no better. My husband called on his way to an appointment to say that he was running 15 minutes late because of a potential medical emergency with my child(who has a very serious medical condition) and was told he would not be seen if he arrived 16 minutes late. Then when he got there, he was told that his appointment was at a different location, Dr. Miles rotates which he was never told, and to go to the other office and they would see him there. When he got to the other office, he was told by the nurse who was extremely rude that she would not see him. It is unbelievable to me that no consideration was taken for what was going on with my child. And then to be told to go to the other office only to be turned away is ridiculous! Why send him all over town? It felt malicious. When he told the nurse he would find a new podiatrist, she walked off while he was still talking to her. My husband has never been treated so poorly by a doctor’s office. This was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Dr. Miles should be ashamed. The nurse and Dr. Miles don’t care that they will lose patients with this type of attitude. I guess they feel they are above treating patients with respect and kindness.
