Note: this relates to shoppers choice online presence. I can relate to previous reviewer’s experience, in that if your item is defective when you open the delivery box, the resolution department can not seem to pick the item up back up and give you a properly functioning unit. I bought online a 1500.00 electric grill. The item arrived defective and after a couple of months it is still sitting defective in my living room. No credits. No returns. No resolution. The service is unresponsive and I have no confidence to buy anything from this company online. Buyer beware. Really.

I purchased my new home appliances and Outdoor kitchen at this business. The outdoor oven came broken and it took almost a month to replace a light. The dishwasher also came broken with a major issue, instead of replacing the unit despite the repair man’s advice, they insisted on repairing. six weeks later, the unit was only partially repaired because they did not order the required part. After one cycle the entire unit broke again. The service communications were horrible. No one returned calls and emails in a timely manner and 2 months later I still do not have a functioning dishwasher.

**Disclaimer, my experience with this business was entirely online and over the phone** OMG, this place was absolutely amazing to work with. I was looking for a super expensive bbq for my husband. After being disappointed with an amazon 3rd party seller, I found the one I wanted from this place. I was super nervous about spending 3 grand online from a place I’d never tried before, but it had a million positive reviews on the google shopping review thing(but I didn’t know if I could trust that) but they were also a google trusted retailer so that gave me a little peace of mind too. I called them with questions first, and to my surprise someone, an actual live person, picked up the phone and was happy and cheerful while answering my questions. I placed my order and promptly received order confirmation emails, followed by shipping updates. Since this was a 400 pound bbq, it shipped via trucking company from Louisiana to me in the good ol LBC and it took about 4 – 5 days. To my dismay, the box and it’s contents were badly damaged on arrival. The delivery driver of the shipping company was super awesome, noticed the damage on the box, said we should un-crate it and thoroughly check for any damage. He helped un-crate it, and I saw the substantial damage to the box. I immediately called Shoppers Choice, and they again answered the phone with a live person and immediately resolved my issue. They shipped me a replacement bbq before the damaged one was even back on the truck. They were so pleasant and helpful and apologetic about the trouble. The replacement BBQ arrived in perfect condition, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or my shopping experience.
