Sprint Store

I like to frequent the Sprint store every now and then go see what new kind of promotions they have going on. Sometimes I like to play with the new phones on display and check out the cameras on them and take inconspicuous pictures of myself, heh. You can do a lot here being as they offer cheaper rate plans, or you can upgrade your device, or get some new gadgets and tech toys. I wish that they had cheaper plans, but I did get a lower plan it’s 100 bucks family plan unlimited everything (text, calls, Internet). Probably the suck of the suck sometimes is playing the waiting game. There is usually only one staff working, sometimes two, and it really can take a long time before you can get helped.

Had a great experience with this store. I had ordered my new phone online, but of course had trouble getting it set up. Rhonda and crew were beyond patient with me, and did all they could to make sure I was a satisfied Sprint customer. Wonderful customer service!

WOW!!! Talk about customer service! Rhonda, the store manager, is amazingly helpful! She stayed with me for 2 hours after store closing to help me with my iPhone problem. All the employees were incredibly helpful. I plan to give her as much business as I can and I ask you to do the same. You don’t find helpful people like this just anywhere. Thank you so much for ALL your help!

«Cell phone needs and more». A few weeks ago I came in looking for an iPhone 6+ (64G) and unfortunately, they did not have any in stock. In fact, they have been non-​existent in many phone stores. I did not feel like waiting 4+ weeks for a new phone because I was in desperate need of a new phone. For months I had been teeter-​tottering between getting the newest iPhone to getting a Samsung Note 4. Finally, the last straw was that I had to wait weeks for the new iPhone 6+ (love the new gold color), but I was not willing to wait because my current phone (iPhone 4S) was old ready to be retired.
The staff here was so helpful and it was even funny because there were 2 employees — one had a new iPhone and the other had the new Samsung Note 4. They were trying to battle it out to help me make my decision on a phone. I was nervous about making the transition between the iPhone to the Samsung, but I was given a boost of confidence from the Samsung user that it is a fantastic operating system. I was already persuaded once by Unilocaler — Brandii W that she loves her Samsung Note 3 over her iPhone (she uses for work). I know the 2 phone brands are major competitors, but there was a huge selling point to the Samsung Note 4 that made me want to buy it now over waiting for the iPhone 6+… «it will arrive in-​store within 3 – 5 business days»… SOLD! I ordered it on a Friday and it arrived in-​store the following Monday! I was super excited! Yay! When I came to pick up my phone, the sales staff was very helpful with everything with getting me started in using my new phone! So, I am happy to report that I am now a Samsung user! The employees at this store are super friendly, happy to help and if you go in there often, they almost become «like family». They are also so sweet, when I bring in my daughter… they make us feel so welcome and comfortable.
I am so excited that the Sprint Store is located in this plaza… one of my favorite shopping centers — where Trader Joe’s is located!
