I have been to this store for business, research, and purchasing along with interest in seeing the latest tech. I had bought an iPad mini and never opened it and decided I would want the iPad Pro instead and also wanted an iPhone 6S Plus. I called ahead of time and was told I would have to pay a $ 35 restocking fee to return the iPad Mini. I called customer care and was told the opposite since it was still sealed. Customer care reached out to the store so I could complete my purchase. Upon arrival I told by Chris that no matter what I was told by customer care that I would have to pay the $ 35 restocking fee and invited me to leave the store. By the way Chris is the manager for whatever reason. I thought it a good idea to visit the College Drive store and what a difference. I was greeted by Valerie. She was beyond helpful and at the pinnacle of making the spending of money comfortable. I walked out $ 1900 poorer and happy. She and the wonderful staff at the College Drive store even shipped back my iPad Mini and charged me zero in restocking fees or postage fees. Lesson learned. If I need to make a serious purchase I will avoid the Town Center store until there is a responsible change of management, refresh of attitude and a little personality rather than the sterile and stiff personalities of the blowhards currently running the store.

I was within the 14 day return policy and these guys wouldn’t let me return my device. I just wanted to exchange it for another one because it was giving me issues. Plus it was only a 50 dollar product and I even told them I didn’t mind paying the 35 dollar restocking fee. They put me on the phone with their tech support and after being on hold for 15 minutes I walked out and decided to go see what the AT&T store nearby could do for me. Overall I’m very unimpressed with these guys and can’t believe their business acumen.

Worst. Verizon. Ever. Poor customer service. If you call and ask anything they act like they don’t want to be bothered only for you to walk in the store and they are all just standing around. I started just going to Towne Center bc they are more customer service oriented.

Overall, I am always satisfied when I leave this store. While I have never had to buy a new phone in one of the Baton Rouge stores, I have been in this location a few times for various reasons. The guys inside are always super helpful. Perhaps the event that sticks out most in my mind was when I had a phone sent to me by the Verizon corporation, and I needed help getting it set up. I brought in my new Samsung Galaxy S3 and my old phone to get help in changing everything over to my new phone. I walked in, handed the Verizon person my phones and asked him to set it up for me. He took care of everything and chatted with me as he worked his magic. Perhaps the best part of the whole experience was that they were willing to help me get my phone into my new Otter box. Normally that wouldn’t be something to really mention, but I purchased the phone case across the street at WalMart. So, if you want great customer service and a Verizon phone, go to this location.
